Blocking Complaint II on 09 April 2023

On 09 April 2023, two attempts to submit complaint II to the Portuguese Yellow Book about IEFP Operation - Blocking Cleaner Jobs were blocked by ICCG as part of the cover-up crimes and obstruction of justice. See below the screenshots of the 2 attempts, as well as the video of the second attempt.

IEFP Operation - Blocking Cleaner Jobs

Since the registration to IEFP, it was clear that ICCG has started to run the IEFP operation. However, the blocking of Cleaner jobs by ICCG, jobs that were given by IEFP to Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher and her son demonstrates that ICCG is above the law, because ICCG even blocked emails that employers MUST reply according to the regulation of IEFP within 5 days when a worker sent to the employer by IEFP. Three reminders were sent to the employer and IEFP, but no one replied to these emails. However, not only the employer did not reply to the emails regarding the Cleaner Jobs, but also two officers of IEFP, one that made the registration and the second one that gave the cleaner jobs. Even the General Email of IEFP (se.picoas@iefp.pt) did not reply to the emails, despite that this email should answer to inquiries. Importantly, two sets of emails were sent to the Employer and IEFP, one for Dr. Rozen-Bakher and the second one for her son. Despite it, no one replay to the two sets. This operation proves one of the main ICCG, namely poor and homeless operation, because ICCG not only blocked the ability of Dr. Rozen-Bakher to get an academic position as a Professor at a university or other executive position, but also the ability of Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son to get simple jobs as cleaners, jobs that were given by IEFP, and the employer must reply to them within 5 days, and obviously IEFP if an answer is not given by the employer.

Cleaners Jobs via IEFP - No answer to any email by the employer or by IEFP, despite that the employer must answer within 5 days based on IEFP regulation
