ICCG Announcement: 20 April 2023, 19:05.
Visa-Cal, Israeli Credit Card, Pre-2011 - 03/2019
Locations: Israel (Pre-2011-10/2014), EU Countries (Informal Refugee: 10/2014-05/2017), Portugal (05/2017-05/2018), England (05/2018-03/2019) (Arrival to Israel only to handle termination affairs in Israel: 10/2014-01/2019)
Visa-Cal Protected the Human Rights of Dr. Rozen-Bakher against the Violations of ICCG. On contrary to other Israeli firms (e.g. YAD2, Bikor-Rofe, Road 6 and more), in general, Visa-Cal protected the rights of Dr. Rozen-Bakher as a customer and even protected the human rights of Dr. Rozen-Bakher against the violation of ICCG as in the case of the missing monthly reports or in cases of intentionally fabricated transactions. First, ALL fabricated transactions were refunded by Visa-Cal, such as the fabricated reservation of Hotel in Eilat, the fabricated International Academic Conference in Lisbon, and fabricated gasoline transactions. Second, ATM activity was carried out in a normal way excluding one case in Israel after the Asylum (see below). Third, usually, online shopping transactions were approved by Visa-Cal without problems, still, in some cases, ICCG sabotaged transactions from the side of the providers. To compare it with other credit cards, with Visa-Cal, the transactions were approved online but in minor cases, after that, they were blocked by ICCG via emails to the Gmail of Dr. Rozen-Bakher that informed that occurred problems with the transactions (see below). However, with Viseca, the online transactions were blocked frequently during the online approval, while with the Mastercards of Santander, the online transactions were approved without problems as in the case of Visa-Cal, but after that, ICCG sabotaged some transactions by cancellation the orders on the side of the providers (e.g. Leroy Merlin Operation https://www.rozen-bakher.com/iccg-announcements/08/12/2022-1304) or by creating a very long delay in providing the orders by the delivery providers (e.g. DelNext Operation https://www.rozen-bakher.com/iccg-announcements/19/12/2022-1252). Finally, and most importantly, when Dr. Rozen-Bakher approached Visa-Cal with problems due to ICCG operations, then eventually, Visa-Cal resolved the problems without giving ‘cover-up answers’, such as in the case of the ‘Missing Reports’ (see below).
Sabotage Operations by ICCG related to Visa-Cal.
Blocking ATM in Israel. In one case in Israel, after the Asylum, when Dr. Rozen-Bakher was headed at night to the airport via train after visiting Israel to deal with the sale of her house, then ICCG blocked her ability to get money from an ATM to buy a train ticket via the credit card of Visa-Cal, despite that nothing was wrong with the credit card. To clarify, the ATM has money but Dr. Rozen-Bakher got a notice that she can not get money due to a lack of credit. In this case, ICCG tried to lead to the situation that Dr. Rozen-Bakher will miss her flight. This blocking is the same as the blocking of the ATM in England via the credit card of Viseca, despite that nothing was wrong with the credit card. In the England case, ICCG blocked the ATM on Friday Afternoon, so until Monday noon when it was possible to reach ZKB, Dr. Rozen-bakher and her son had no money even for food (see section 2.4.21 in Complaint to Zurich Police, Switzerland https://www.rozen-bakher.com/complaint-swiss). Importantly, the system of Viseca didn’t show this blocking, regardless of the fact that never was any reason to block the Visca card of Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher.
Sabotage Online Shopping after Approval by Visa-Cal. Usually, the online shopping transactions were approved by Visa-Cal without problems, still, in minor cases, ICCG sabotaged transactions from the side of the providers by sending emails to the Gmail of Dr. Rozen-Bakher to inform that occurred problems with the transactions (see below). However, unclear, if ICCG used fabricated emails alongside vanishing transactions via cyber to sabotage the transactions or if ICCG approached the provider and get its assistance to sabotage the transaction (see an example below).
Missing Monthly Reports of Visa-Cal to Obstruct Justice. Dr. Rozen-Bakher got 61 monthly reports from Visa-Cal instead of 73 reports. The 12 missing reports mainly refer to the period of January 2011 until October 2011 when critical crimes of ICCG took place. These missing reports include proofs of costs regarding the crimes of ICCG, such as the ‘Allergic Problem’. After that, Visa-Cal provided 8 missing reports, yet Visa-Cal argued that they can't find 4 reports that refer to a very problematic period in 2011 including the 'Allergic Problem' – March, April, June and December 2011. Eventually, after a long delay with a lot of contradictions regarding if the reports exist or not, Visa-Cal provided the 4 missing reports. (For more details, see below)
Blocking viewing of the Monthly Reports of Visa-Cal to Obstruct Justice. In the first place, Dr. Rozen-Bakher got from Visa-Cal the 61 monthly reports without a password code to open the documents, but in relation to the 8 missing reports, a password code was added, so problems occurred to open the documents. However, ICCG blocked the ability to see the 4 missing monthly reports related to the period of the ‘Allergic Problem’. Eventually, Dr. Rozen-Bakher bypass this blocking. (For more details, see below)
Visa-Cal: An Example of an Online Transaction that was Approved by Visa-Cal but after that, Dr. Rozen-Bakher got an Email via her Gmail that ‘Due to an error the payment for the booking has not been correctly processed’ (See AP21 in Appendixes of Proofs of AP1-AP62 in PDF FILE )
