Rozen-Bakher, Z. Do Labour Unions Protect Employees against Layoffs in Merger & Acquisitions (M&As)?: Intra-Political Infighting Risk (PS6) Link: https://www.rozen-bakher.com/publications/ps6
Publisher: Wiley, USA
The publisher Wiley is a Suspected Conspirator due to the scope of submissions that involved cyber-submission with their journals without giving explanations for these occurrences. On the one hand, the publisher Wiley avoided giving cover-up answers for the cyber incidents, but on the other, the publisher Wiley NEVER come back with outcomes about the checking of these cyber incidents, despite the promise to do it. In other words, the method of ‘We will check and come back to you’ was repeated in numerous submissions, yet without resolving the repeated cyber-submissions nor coming back with explanations, so it becomes useless to continue reporting to the publisher Wiley about each cyber case.
Journal: European Management Review
Manuscript Number: EMR-OG-21-0429
Grounds for Legal Dispute:
i) Blocking Submission.
ii)Intentionally Re-submission via Fabricated Request about Affiliation.
Method: Cyber and Conspirators
Two attempts of submissions in European Management Review were done regards the paper PS6, as follows:
Blocking Submission via fabricated notice. The first attempt of submission was blocked on 3 November 2020 via fabricated cyber-notice that it’s impossible to get emails for 2 weeks to the Gmail of Dr. Rozen-Bakher (zrbn12@gmail.com) that was used for this submission. This cyber- notice was given despite that Gmail was active during this period, regardless that a system of a journal has no ability to know if a mailbox that used in a submission is active or not. Note, on 13 December 2021, Gmail suspended the Gmail of Dr. Rozen-Bakher (zrbn12@gmail.com) without any justified reasons (For more information, please see example 4 in section 1 in Google Operation), so proofs from Gmail zrbn12@gmail.com will be given further when access will be given to this Gmail, nonetheless, Dr. Rozen-Bakher is ready to give a declaration about this blocking submission via a true test.
Intentionally Re-submission via Fabricated Request about Affiliation. On 22-Dec-2021 19:20, the paper PS6 was submitted to European Management Review via Wiley’s Research Exchange submission portal (the only option that was given to submit the paper), yet the submission confirmation mentions an unusual Manuscript Number EMR-OG-21-0429 (REX-PROD-1-E034EED5-F71E-4B83-9E47-A422695CB28F-F51BE26F-1B6E-43EA-95C2-7241261F3DD2). However, 23-Dec-2021 13:40, Dr. Rozen-Bakher got an intentionally request for re-submission based on a false request about affiliation: “1. Please provide the affiliation of the author in the ScholarOne submission site. Please do not resubmit your amended paper as a new manuscript.” During the submission, the system of Wiley’s Research Exchange identified that there is no affiliation, so Dr. Rozen-Bakher was requested to confirm it, and indeed she confirmed it. Note, this request for confirmation about ‘no affiliation’ was repeated in other submissions via Wiley’s Research Exchange submission portal without any re-submission due to ‘no affiliation’. However, the manipulation with this re-submission is not only because of the request to give affiliation but also because of the request to do it via ScholarOne submission site because the re-submission via ScholarOne submission site was locked, so intentionally, the conspirators involved in this submission were de-facto blocked the re-submission. The re-submission via ScholarOne submission site was locked, while ‘no affiliation’ was already defined by the system of Wiley’s Research Exchange, so de-facto, the submission was blocked, regardless of the fact that authors not must give affiliation to submit a paper, as done on Wiley’s Research Exchange submission portal or in countless other submissions.
