Highlights

Even the Cancellation of the credit card of Viseca runs under ICCG operation. On 12 January 2022, Dr. Rozen-Bakher gave a first notice to Viseca about the cancellation of the credit card (see below), but Viseca ignored the notice and even renew the credit card including charging the annual fee of 450 Euro. Importantly, the letter of Viseca for renewing the credit card is from 05 January 2022, but Dr. Rozen-Bakher got it by post on 25 January 2022, so on the same day, on 25 January 2022, she gave the second notice to Viseca about the cancellation, and then Viseca confirmed that the credit card was cancelled. Likely, that ICCG made the renewal of the credit card by ignoring the first notice for cancellation in order to collect the annual fee of 450 Euro, yet likely that it is done via manipulation of the date of the renewal of the credit card. Note, the timing of receiving letters from Viseca to Netherlands depends on ICCG. In one case, the letter was received after one day! (likely manipulation), while in other cases, it takes days or weeks. In this case, the renewal letter was received after 20 days, more than it should be.

Viseca charged for annual fee of 450 Euro by renewing the credit card, despite the first notice for cancellation that ignored by Viseca.

25 January 2022, Second Notice for Cancellation.

Following the letter about Renewal of the credit card that ignored the first notice for cancellation, then a second notice was given to Viseca to cancel the credit card, and then Viseca cancelled the credit card, yet charged the annual fee of 450 Euro.
