Important Notice! Due to Intense Cyber-Attacks that have Carried Out by ICCG during my work on the 2025 Global Survival Rank (GSR), I won’t be able to publish it in July 2025 as planned. Amid the malicious acts by ICCG, it's unclear yet when I will be able to complete the 2025 Global Survival Rank (GSR), hopefully in Q3/2025. Israeli Cover-Up Conspiracy Group (ICCG) runs by Israel with the cooperation of the USA and the EU to cover Crimes against Humanity that have carried out against me in Israel and the EU. Over the last years, ICCG has held me as a Political Prisoner via cyber along with the cooperation of Portuguese authorities, to prevent me from working (Force Poverty), publish my research (Sabotage Publications), sabotage my financial affairs (e.g., intentional loss in the investment Swiss bank account, stealing money, preventing donations), and even intentionally cutting our electricity and gas in Lisbon, so we needed to live over 50 days without electricity and 150 days without hot water. ICCG has also prevented me from communicating freely with the public and even Dating in order to hide from the public about the crimes against me. ICCG even has carried out an Obstruction of Justice to prevent me from bringing to Justice the Masterminds and Conspirators of ICCG. Justice does not exist in Israel, Portugal, Switzerland, Germany, the UK, the Netherlands, and the EU namely, all of them ignored my complaints against ICCG, so I have asked the Court of God (בית דין צדק שמים) to Bring to Justice ICCG.

Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher is a Researcher in International Relations with a Focus on Security, Political and Economic Risks for Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and International Trade. Dr. Rozen-Bakher has a unique Education profile. She has a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Management, and an M.A. in International Relations and Strategy with a focus on International Security and Foreign Policy. She was awarded an excellent scholarship for her Doctorate study following her excellent scores in the M.A. study (Final Average M.A. Scores – 92). Her Ph.D dissertation deals with Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), while her M.A. dissertation deals with M&As. Besides, she has an Associate Degree in Business Management and General Management, as well as a Technician Diploma in Robotics and a Technician in Telecommunication.

Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher started her career in R&D positions in the Israeli Avionics and Robotic industries. Following that, she held for many years executive management positions in Israeli high-tech, such as a Member of the Management Board, CEO, Substitute CEO, Deputy CEO, and CEO of MNE Affiliation. ECI Telecom awarded her Stock Options as a key employee, as well as a Scholarship for her M.A Study. When she started her Ph.D. study, she held in parallel positions as a lecturer in Israeli Higher Education and as an executive manager in Israeli high-tech, regardless of her activity as a researcher. When she finalized her Ph.D. study, she dedicated her full time to research, teaching, and academic administration as a faculty member in Israeli Higher Education. Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher developed by herself all her academic courses, which were approved by the Israeli Council for Higher Education and/or by Bar-Ilan University, such as the courses Management of Multinational Enterprises, Managing Mergers & Acquisitions (M&As), Decision Making, International Organizations, Public Policy and Public Administration, Impact of Global Economy on Public Policy, International Marketing, Marketing & Business Development in the High-Tech industry, and Labour Markets and Industrial Relations in the Era of Global Economy. She has around 3,000 academic hours of teaching experience with her academic courses. Importantly, she was chosen twice for the ‘Yearly Outstanding Lecturer of the Political Sciences Department’. She also held academic roles as a faculty member, such as a member of the Teaching Committee and the Conference Committee. 

Since 2015, Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher dedicated her full-time to research on Risks of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), International Trade, and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&As). Her research objective is to identify the critical factors that may lead to global change, instability and risk, which may affect the business environment, as well as the policies of governments worldwide. Her expertise covers Political Risks, Economic Risks, and Strategic Risks, as follows:
