ICCG Announcement: 19 July 2023. Latest Update: 09 August 2023
Number of Complaint in Red Book: nº ROR00000000044834216
On 19 July 2023, Dr. Rozen-Bakher gave a Complaint in Red Book against CTT about OP186, CTT Operation https://www.rozen-bakher.com/iccg-announcements/op186
From 20 July 2023 until 31 July 2023, correspondence was made with CTT following the complaint.
On 09 September 2023, Dr. Rozen-Bakher got a final answer from CTT following the complaint. CTT apologized that their postman did not deliver the registered post to the door as it should be, still, the main question is if it was done intentionally by the postman that may act as a conspirator of ICCG as part of the ‘Post Sabotage Operation’ by ICCG.
Highlights - CTT Operation
ICCG approached National Post Providers and Delivery Firms to cover up past operations, such as Parcel Force Operation and DHL Operation in Netherlands), as well as to obstruct justice in case of delivery complaints (see section1.4 Blocking and Manipulation of Post in Chapter 6. List of ICCG Operations by Type of Crime). Besides, ICCG ‘enjoy’ interfering with the normal life of Dr. Rozen-Bakher in a way that other people can get packages at their home, while in her case, the delivery man INTENTIONALLY will not deliver the package by giving a false claim that Dr. Rozen-Bakher not at home to force her to pick the post/package from central points, which allows ICCG to manipulate the post or the package.
On 19 July 2023, Dr. Rozen-Bakher was at home all day working on her computer near the main door of her apartment, so she could hear any call via the intercom or ringing the bell or knocking on the door. Indeed, in the morning, she even got a package via a private delivery firm. However, CTT intentionally did not deliver a registered post that needs a signature to her apartment as it should be, by writing a false claim in the CTT tracking notice that no one was at home on 19 July 2023 at 09:55 (see proof below). Dr. Rozen-Bakher revealed it in the evening when her son brought the post from the post box that locates at the entry of the building together with the other post boxes of the building.
These ‘ICCG-Post-Games’ are not accepted, so the expectation of Dr. Rozen-Bakher is that CTT will bring the post to her home without intentionally sending her to a CTT office to take the post. Hence, CTT should fix it by bringing this post to her home.
