Highlights
On 5 February 2022, Dr. Rozen-Bakher sent an urgent request to ICRG, Geneva amid the total blocking of her communication in Netherlands via emails including suspensions of her websites, as well as holding her as a Political Prisoner on Social Networking, such as Twitter. The Dutch authorities not only ignored all her requests for help but also acted formally as conspirators of ICGG, so Dr. Rozen-Bakher tried to get help from authorities as ICRG because de-facto Dutch authorities hold her as a political prisoner in Netherlands.
On 02 May 2022, Dr. Rozen-Bakher got an answer from the ICRG (please see the answer below). Unfortunately, ICRG in their answer ignored the cyber reality in the 21 century, namely that state actors and non-state actors could hold a person as a political prisoner via cyber and conspirators. Worse, even a prisoner in a physical prison has the right to communicate with the world outside, but Dr. Rozen-Bakher despite that she is an innocent person has no rights because the intelligence organizations and corrupted politicians hold her as a political prisoner to hide from the public their involvement in the cover-up crimes. That’s done without any publicly formal legal proceedings via courts unless ICCG uses ‘secret courts’ without informing Dr. Rozen-Bakher about them or by giving her the ability to protect herself against these violations of human rights. Even torture in the 21 century, could carry out via cyber-torture like what ICCG has done against Dr. Rozen-Bakhar on a daily basis without getting any assistance from no one to stop the cyber-torture by ICCG. Given that, Dr. Rozen-Bakher asked again from ICRG to end immediately the situation that ICCG holds her as a political prisoner in Netherland.
Eventually, on 05 June 2022, Dr. Rozen-Bakher must flee from Netherlands to Portugal due to a lack of help from ICRG or from other authorities.
