On 10 January 2020, Dr. Rozen-Bakher sent to the Executive Director of Europol a package with Complaint II via FedEx. However, the approval from FedEx for Providing the Package to Europol did not mention the Name of Europol nor the Address of Europol as it should be. The approval only mentioned ‘Apartment Office Hague’.
Regardless of the problematic proof of delivery from FedEx, Dr. Rozen-Bakher NEVER got any confirmation letter or response via email or post from Europol regarding the complaint.
The approval from FedEx for Providing the Package to Europol did not mention the Name of Europol nor the Address of Europol as it should be. The approval only mentioned ‘Apartment Office Hague’.
