Latest Update: 07 August 2023

Location: Netherlands. Internet Provider: Ziggo. Mailbox: Gmail

Highlights

  • In November 2021, Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher sent emails to Counsels of International Criminal Court (ICC) regarding the Legal Fight against ICCG.

  • The emails were sent twice via two mailboxes: Gmail and Mailfence under the Internet Provider of Ziggo.

  • Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher tried to send emails to 243 Counsels of ICC from various countries, but ICCG blocked emails and visibility of websites, as follows:

    • Emails were successfully sent to 168 Counsels of ICC from various countries, but only 2 Counsels gave any response, yet both of them were outside Europe. To clarify, Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher did not get any response from any Counsel of ICC from Europe or USA.

    • Emails to 6 Counsels of ICC got a notice of Undelivery.

    • According to search attempts via Google Search Engine, 101 Counsels of ICC had no Website and/or no Email. In other words, ICCG blocked the visibility of Counsels’ Websites on Google to prevent the ability to collect their emails, resulting in a high rate of Counsels of ICC that apparently had no website or email, which is clearly impossible and proves the Blocking Access to websites via Google.
