OP119, Leroy Merlin Operation: Rare Lamps Operation

Latest Updated 28 December 2022. Until today, Dr. Rozen-Bakher did not get yet any answer from Visa or Mastercard. Unclear if the emails were blocked to Visa or Mastercard or if they decided to ignore these emails. Besides, Leroy Merlin did not provide yet the 5 orders that mentioned below under the status of ‘Cancelled Order’, despite the notice that was given to Leroy Merlin about it. Hence, Dr. Rozen-Bakher declared on Legal Dispute with Leroy Merlin. Claimes were given to Santander Bank about Fraud Transactions regarding the 7 orders mentioned below.

Update: 19 December 2022. Dr. Rozen-Bakher made 7 orders online from Leroy Merlin, yet 5 of them were cancelled intentionally without providing them nor informing about the cancellations, despite that Dr. Rozen-Bakher paid for all of them, while 2 orders appeared on Leroy Merlin website as ‘in process’, despite that Dr. Rozen-Bakher got them, yet one of them with a fabricated invoice without NIF (see below) and the second one without an invoice. Worse, when Dr. Rozen-Bakher approached Leroy Merlin via their Chat about the cancellations, then the lady from Leroy Merlin confirmed that indeed payments were done for all the orders, still, she argued that she can not provide the orders because they were already cancelled, so she argued that physical stores of Leroy Merlin and not Leroy Merlin online store will approach us to create new orders that will provide by the physical stores of Leroy Merlin and not by the Leroy Merlin online store. Until now, Leroy Merlin did not provide any of the orders that were cancelled intentionally, despite that, passed a long time even more than one month since the promised delivery date. Likely, that the Leroy Merlin Operation has run by ICCG via cyber and internal workers of Leroy Merlin that served as conspirators of ICCG. Dr. Rozen-Bakher informed MasterCard and Visa, that the payments for these orders were made via their cards, about the Fraud Transactions by Leroy Merlin.

Over the last years, ICCG run the ‘Political Prisoner Operation’ to block any open communications between Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher and the public because of the fear of ICCG that any open communication may lead to the explosion of the cover-up crimes to the public, resulting in scandal and even punishment in prison for those who act as conspirators of ICCG. To achieve the ‘Political Prisoner Operation’, ICCG run fabricated addresses for Dr. Rozen-Bakher and even hiding formal identity like the NIF in Portugal, especially in cases that ICCG has no internal conspirators that can help them to manipulate the identity of Dr. Rozen-Bakher.

In the case of ‘Leroy Merlin Operation’, ICCG did the following manipulated acts:

  • Order number 030-1073, Order Price 14.68 Euro, Order Date 09.11.2022. Freezing online order with the correct identity of Dr. Rozen-Bakher regarding address and NIF, while providing the order by approaching to one of the store and creating invoice under a manipulated identity of Dr. Rozen-Bakher, namely ICCG gave wrong address without NIF including mentioned that Dr. Rozen-Bakher is a man and not woman. Important note, when an online order is created on Leroy Merlin website in Portugal, the customer must give the NIF. Additional note, the freezing of the online order was done via changing the status to ‘ready for pick-up/shipping’ that still appears on Leroy Merlin website one month after providing the order.

  • Order number 017-91053, Order Price 18.14 Euro, Order Date 23.11.2022. ICCG cancelled the online order despite that the payment was made (see the bank confirmation). Dr. Rozen-Bakher did not get any email about the cancellation after she received the email that approved the payment for the order nor refund for the order that did not provide yet a few weeks after the order, despite that she should get the order after 24H. Importantly, ICCG blocked three emails that Dr. Rozen-Bakher tried to send to Leroy Merlin about not receiving the order, namely regarding the three emails - lojaonline@leroymerlin.pt; contact@leroymerlin.fr; responsaveltecnico@leroymerlin.pt - Dr. Rozen-Bakher got email notices that the email address couldn't be found. When Dr. Rozen-Bakher made a new online order for other items on 06.12.2022, then she mentioned in the note of the order that the order 017-91053 did not provide yet.

  • Order number 017_93877, Order Price 94.70 Euro, Order Date 06.12.2022. Despite that payment was already done for this order (see the bank confirmation), then this order appears on Leroy Merlin website as ‘Estado: Aguarda Pagamento (Await Payment). Besides, according to Leroy Merlin website, all the lamps included in this order should provide for up to 3 days with home delivery. However, when Dr. Rozen-Bakher made this order, then indeed the delivery mentioned 72 Hours, but instead of giving her the option to choose a delivery date around three days after that, then the earlier date for delivery was 21.12.2022, namely 15 days after the order instead of 3 days. It is possible that ICCG intentionally created a delay of 2 weeks in the delivery instead of 3 days to allow ICCG to manipulate the order as done in the first order, regardless of the manipulation of ‘waiting for payment’.

  • Regardless of MUST providing NIF during any online order, there is also a possibility to add NIF in the account customer data on Leroy Merlin website, but ICCG blocked this option. Nonetheless, it may possible that the NIF should appear after first order, but until today it did not appear in the account data of Dr. Rozen-Baker, despite that several online orders were done on Leroy Merlin website by Dr. Rozen-Bakher.
