ICCG Announcement: 27 April 2023, 16:53.
Lisboa 21 Operation was mentioned in section 2.4.17 in Complaint II to Portuguese Police and Portuguese Government https://www.rozen-bakher.com/complaint-jp (see also below Marked in Yellow)
Lisboa 21 Operation:
Location: Supermarkets of Continente, Lisbon
Period: 2018 (see ICCG Timeline by Location)
Meo mobile of Dr. Rozen-Bakher: +351-963712036
Highlights
Lisboa 21 Operation was carried out by ICCG on a daily basis in 2018 when Dr. Rozen-Bakher made shopping at the supermarkets of Continente.
When Dr. Rozen-Bakher entered to supermarkets of Continente, then she started to get countless SMS ‘Lisboa 21’ during her shopping.
The Lisboa 21 Operation was carried out only via the Meo mobile of Dr. Rozen-Bakher: +351-963712036 but not via the MEO mobile of her son.
The Lisboa 21 Operation was carried out only in the supermarkets of Continente and not in other supermarkets in Lisbon like Pingo Doce.
Since 06/2022, Dr. Rozen-Bakher has started to use NOS Mobile, then Lisboa 21 Operation did not carry out in the supermarkets of Continente when she entered Continente with her NOS mobile.
Additional acts via MEO were carried out by ICCG:
Dr. Rozen-Bakher used the mobile of MEO from Q2/2017 until Q4/2018. In Q4/2018, MEO suddenly increased significantly the bills in contradiction to the conditions of the contract. Dr. Rozen-Bakher was supposed to pay 11 Euro per month, and suddenly, MEO sent a bill of 120 Euro with a request to pay a year in advance. After informing MEO about the cancellation of the SIM, MEO continued to send bills that even jumped to 220 Euro. MEO ignored all emails about the highest bills and about the cancellation. Eventually, on 17 December 2018, Dr. Rozen-Bakher paid the final bill at MEO office in Lisbon. The final bill not only contradicted the conditions of the contract but it was also included payment for calls that MEO did not provide any information about these calls. Hence, Dr. Rozen-Bakher paid the final bill to MEO in the amount of 259 Euro, but she gave an appeal about it to the Director of MEO. Dr. Rozen-Bakher NEVER got a response from MEO about her appeal nor information about the extra payment for calls.
MEO mobile was totally blocked in Netherlands (Please see Blocking Portuguese SIM of MEO in Netherlands by Dutch Authorities https://www.rozen-bakher.com/iccg-announcements/22/05/2022-1543)
