OP163, Portuguese Police (Polícia Judiciária) Operation: Suspected Conspirator of ICCG, Formally or Informally

https://www.rozen-bakher.com/iccg-announcements/op163

ICCG Announcement: 24 April 2023, 20:02. Latest Date: 18 July 2023

Why Portuguese Police (Polícia Judiciária) is a Suspected Conspirator of ICCG?:

It is hard to see How ICCG could carry out the Vanish of Complaint I without Formal or Informal Assistant from Portuguese Police (Polícia Judiciária)

Suspected Conspirator of ICCG, Formally or Informally:

  • Formally. Formal Instructions to Carry out the Portuguese Police (Polícia Judiciária) Operation

  • Informally. Internal Conspirator of ICCG that carried out or assisted in carrying out the Portuguese Police (Polícia Judiciária) Operation

Complaint I:  Closing Complaint I under Suspicious Circumstances by NCTU of Polícia Judiciária

On 30 June 2017, Complaint I to was given to Portuguese Police (Polícia Judiciária), National Counter-Terrorism Unit (NCTU) at Rua Gomes Freire, Lisbon, as well as to the Portuguese Government, but it was closed under suspicious circumstances, as presented below. Complaint I was given to the Portuguese police in Hard-Copy, DiskOnKey and Link. In 01/2018, Dr. Rozen-Bakher sent an Urgent letter to PM of Portugal, Mr Antonio Costa about Closing Complaint I by Portuguese Police (Polícia Judiciária) under Suspicious Circumstances, but no confirmation or response was given from the PM of Portugal to that letter.

In 05/2018, the current Director of Polícia Judiciária, Mr. Luis Neves, was appointed to his current position.

    • Compliant I Vanished from Books of Complaints.

    • Compliant I Vanished from the System of the Justice Minister.

    • It took two days for the officers of the Justice Minister to find the complaint in the Archive of Justice Minister

    • All Hard Proofs (AP1-AP227) of Compliant I vanished from the Archive including the Disk-onKey that was given when the complaint was given. The Complaint Folder in the Archive of the Justice Minister included only a few pages instead of dozens of pages, still, Complaint I was given to the Portuguese police in Hard-Copy, DiskOnKey and Link, so anyway, they should have the Proofs of AP1-AP227.

    • The officers put Complaint I on the system of Justice Minister after it was found in the Archive of Justice Minister.

    • Compliant I was closed despite the Urgent Case and Hard Proofs based on the Argument: “the contents of this complaint do not reveal any facts that require investigation”

    • Mr. Luis Neves, the Current Director of Polícia Judiciária signed the closing of Complaint I when he was the Director of the National Counter-Terrorism Unit (NCTU), while in 05/2018, he was appointed to his current position.

    • No Confirmation or Response was given from the PM of Portugal to the Urgent letter about Closing Complaint I by Portuguese Police (Polícia Judiciária) under Suspicious Circumstances.

Complaint II: Given Complaint II under Hostile Treat by NCTU of Polícia Judiciária

  • Complaint II to Portuguese Police (Polícia Judiciária) and PM of Portugal https://www.rozen-bakher.com/complaint-jp

  • Portuguese Police (Polícia Judiciária) Operation: Hostile Treat During Giving Complaint II while Ignoring all Communications https://www.rozen-bakher.com/iccg-announcements/complaint2-suspicious

Complaint II was given under Hostile Treat by NCTU of Polícia Judiciária:

    • Police Officers of Polícia Judiciária Tried to get information about Complaint II in the Lobby of Polícia Judiciária where many people sit and wait instead of inviting to the offices as it should be when a citizen gives a complaint to Polícia Judiciária.

    • Police Officers of Polícia Judiciária Tried to convince at the Lobby to give complaint II about political persecution to the Portuguese Traffic Police instead of to Polícia Judiciária.

    • After getting inside the offices of Polícia Judiciária, Police Officers of Polícia Judiciária refused to get complaint II by yelling and even by threat that complaint II will be sent immediately to the archive without even looking at it.

    • Complaint II includes crucial FACTS about that Complaint I was closed under Suspicious Circumstances.

    • The Director of Polícia Judiciária ignored Complaint II and all the letters from Dr. Rozen-Bakher via CTT, Emails and Faxes.

    • Dr. Rozen-Bakher NEVER gets any Reply Email or a Confirmation Letter or Response Letter from any other Police Officer of Polícia Judiciária.

Highlights

  • On 30 June 2017, Complaint I to was given to Portuguese Police (Polícia Judiciária) and Portuguese Government, but it was closed under suspicious circumstances (See Closing Complaint I by Portuguese Police (Polícia Judiciária) under Suspicious Circumstances https://www.rozen-bakher.com/iccg-announcements/closing-complaint1-suspicious). Importantly, the Current Director of Polícia Judiciária, Mr. Luis Neves, signed the closing of Complaint I by Polícia Judiciária when he was the Director of the National Counter-Terrorism Unit (NCTU) of Polícia Judiciária (see Marker Yellow below).

  • In 01/2018, Dr.

  • In 05/2018, the current Director of Polícia Judiciária, Mr. Luis Neves, was appointed to his current position.

  • In 01/2020, was given Complaint II to Portuguese Police (Polícia Judiciária) and PM of Portugal. Complaint II was given to Polícia Judiciária, National Counter-Terrorism Unit (NCTU) at Rua Gomes Freire, Lisbon, namely to the same department, NTCU, that received Complaint I and Closed Complaint I under Suspicious Circumstances. Importantly, complaint II was given to NTCU under Hostile Treat (see Portuguese Police (Polícia Judiciária) Operation: Hostile Treat During Giving Complaint II while Ignoring all Communications https://www.rozen-bakher.com/iccg-announcements/complaint2-suspicious)

  • Section 1.2.2.2 in Complaint II to Portuguese Police (Polícia Judiciária) and PM of Portugal includes crucial FACTS about that Complaint I was closed under Suspicious Circumstances (see Portuguese Police (Polícia Judiciária) Operation: Closing Complaint I by Portuguese Police (Polícia Judiciária) under Suspicious Circumstances https://www.rozen-bakher.com/iccg-announcements/closing-complaint1-suspicious)

  • Copies of Complaint II to Portuguese Police (Polícia Judiciária) and PM of Portugal were given to several figures including to the Director of Polícia Judiciária. However, ICCG manipulated the ‘Google Search’ regarding the name of the Director of Polícia Judiciária when the complaint was given, so the complaint was sent by delivery of ‘Door to Door’ by CTT with mentioning Mr José Almeida Rodrigues, the Former Director of Polícia Judiciária instead of mentioning Mr. Luis Neves, the current Director of Polícia Judiciária, yet Polícia Judiciária confirmed by signature receiving the post to the Director of Polícia Judiciária, regardless of additional letters that were sent by Fax to the Director of Polícia Judiciária. Thereby, there is no reason why Mr. Luis Neves, the current director of Polícia Judiciária ignored all the posts and letters by not giving responses or even confirmations for receiving complaint II and the other letters as happened many times when posts arrived to a former holder position, then the current holder position should handle the posts. Nevertheless, not only that Mr. Luis Neves, the current Director of Polícia Judiciária ignored Complaint II and letters from Dr. Rozen-Bakher, but also no one from Polícia Judiciária tried to inform about the change in the holder position of the Director of Polícia Judiciária. Importantly, not only that the current Director of Polícia Judiciária ignored Complaint II and letters from Dr. Rozen-Bakher, but also his Heads of Relevant Departments (see below). To clarify, Dr. Rozen-Bakher NEVER gets any Reply Email or a Confirmation Letter or Response Letter from any Police Officers of Polícia Judiciária, despite the countless requests to respond to her letters.
