Blocking Log-in to a journal after Submission

On 28 April 2022, Dr. Rozen-Bakher tried to log-in to her account in the Journal of Business Economics of the Publisher Springer to submit the research paper PS3. However, ICCG blocked the log-in despite that the password was correct, as done in other cases (see below proof about blocking password in another journal from today). She got a proof for that when she asked for a recovery password, namely when she enter the same password, she got a notice that the password was already used before, which proves the cyber blocking. This cyber log-in was done by ICCG to create a fabricated submission that does not handle in a normal way.
