Highlights
Clearly, ICCG has internal conspirators in Regionale Belasting Group (RGB) that assisted to carry out the Regionale Belasting Group (RGB) Operation. Importantly, unlikely that Regionale Belasting Group (RGB) Operation could carry out without the formal approval of Dutch authorities.
RGB sent several letters to the Hotel in Lisbon about continuing residency in Netherlands, despite that on 23 June 2022, Dr. Rozen-Bakher was informed RGB that she relocated to Portugal. Note, from 13 May 2022 until the end of the residency in Netherlands, Dutch authorities blocked the Lebra Dutch Mobile and MEO Portuguese Mobile in Netherlands, so Dr. Rozen-Bakher had no ability to log-in to any system of Dutch governmental institutions in Netherlndas, so all the notices about the termination of residency were done via forms, emails and even What’s app.
On 08 October 2022, RGB even sent a bill to the hotel in Lisbon that refers to the of 01-03/2022, despite that Dr. Rozen-Bakher paid all bills to RGB via her Dutch bank, bills that were received in Netherlands until her announcement about the termination of residency in Netherlands on 23 June 2022.
Manipulations with Posts to RGB were done regarding BSN Operation: Sabotage Dutch Residency. In one case, PostNL provided the post to the postbox of RGB instead of to the address office of RGB, despite that Dr. Rozen-Bakher paid for Registered Post with Signature, so Signature did not provide.
