ICCG Announcement: 16 April 2023, 22:19.

Highlights
For background regarding the Salt Contract in Switzerland, please see Sabotage Swiss Residence Permit https://www.rozen-bakher.com/iccg-announcements/13/04/2023-1235
On 13 July 2020, Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son fly from Lisbon to Zurich to settle in Zurich as EU residents.
On 14 July 2020, as part of the settlement in Switzerland, Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son made a contract with Salt for two mobiles (see below).
In mid-August 2020, Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son needed to leave Switzerland to Netherlands due to the Sabotage Swiss Residence Permit, so until they got the Dutch Resident Permit that was intentionally given with a big delay (see BSN Operation: Sabotage Dutch Residency https://www.rozen-bakher.com/bsn), they used the mobiles of Salt in Netherlands.
On 04 September 2020, Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son moved to a rental apartment in the Hague, yet from 04 September 2020 until 10 December 2020 they waited for the approval of the Dutch Resident Permit, so they had no ability to open a Dutch bank account or even to make contracts with a Dutch electricity and gas provider or with a Dutch Mobile provider or with a Dutch Internet Provider. During this ‘gap time’, the owner paid for the electricity and gas and Dr. Rozen-Bakher paid the owner for the bills, yet no solution was for mobiles or internet or bank, so during this ‘gap time’, Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son used Salt mobiles until they will be able to make contracts with Dutch Mobile provider and with Dutch Internet Provider.
Problems with Salt mobiles started when Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son entered to Netherlands, still, from 26 August 2020, ICCG started to block the ability of Dr. Rozen-Bakher to log-in online to her Salt account to pay the bills and to see the activity of the two mobiles (see below), so any payment to Salt in Netherlands was under ‘harassment’ of ICCG.
Amid the sabotage of the Dutch residence permit by ICCG (see BSN Operation: Sabotage Dutch Residency), Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son needed to continue to use the Salt mobiles because they had no ability to make a contract with a Dutch mobile, so at some point, Salt informed Dr. Rozen-Bakher that she will start to pay according to ‘pre-pay prices’ rather than according to ‘contract prices’ because she left Switzerland, which significantly increased the costs of the two Swiss mobiles.
Eventually, at the end of December 2020 when the Dutch resident permits were approved, Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son were able to make a contract with a Dutch mobile provider including cancelling the service of Salt Mobiles.
