https://www.rozen-bakher.com/iccg-announcements/op152
ICCG Announcement: 16 May 2023. Latest Update: 01 October 2023
Location: Lisbon, Portugal. Active Period: 04/2023-08/2023; Formal Cancellation: 29 September 2023
In 08/2023, Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son stopped using the Credit Cards of Mastercard amid repeated ‘Intentional Not Authorized’ in shops in Lisbon via Card Machines
On 29 September 2023, Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher Formally Cancelled her Mastercard via Santander
From 08/2023 until 09/2023, manipulations were made regarding ordering an alternative credit card of Gold Visa (Credit of 2,500 Euro) via Santander in trying to FORCE using Mastercard. First, online ordering of Gold Visa from 08/2023 de-facto vanished from the Santander System without getting any response, despite that a response should be given within 3 days. Second, even ordering the Gold Visa via the bank counter took weeks instead of 3 days until was given a response from the bank, yet Santander did not give any formal response for this ordering of Gold Visa. Third, according to a non-formal response from Santander, Santander refused to approve the Gold Visa because, the bank account of Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher was in 1.2 Euro Minus for two days in April 2023. According to the knoweledge of Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher, her Santander bank account NEVER was in Minus. This ridiculous Minus of 1.2 Euro for 2 days was likely produced somehow by ICCG to sabotage the Credit of Dr. Rozen-Bakher. Note, at the time of ordering the Gold Visa, Dr. Rozen-Bakher had around 7,000 Euros in Savings in her Santander Bank Account.
Highlights
On 07/2022, Dr. Rozen-Bakher opened the Portuguese bank account in Santander in Lisbon, Portugal as a Portuguese citizen that resides in Lisbon, Portugal. A month after that, her son, Daniel Bakher also opened a Portuguese bank account in Santander at the same branch in Lisbon. As part of the conditions of the bank accounts, Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son, got each of them, a Debit Card of Visa and a Credit Card of Mastercard. Note, Dr. Rozen-Bakher had a Mastercard of Viseca with countless problems (please see Viseca Operation).
Since starting working with Stander via the Debit Cards of Visa and Credit Cards of Mastercard, no Problems occurred with ATMs via both Bank Accounts of Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son. Besides, online transactions via Santander related to both Bank Accounts of Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son were approved without any problem by Santander, either via Debit Cards of Visa or Credit Cards of Mastercard, still, in some cases, ICCG sabotaged some transactions by cancellation the orders on the side of the providers, despite payments that were made (e.g. Leroy Merlin Operation) or by creating a very long delay in providing the orders by the delivery providers (e.g. DelNext Operation).

Credit Card of Mastercard of Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher - Examples Cases of Blocking Transactions via Fabricated Not Authorized, 04/2023-08/2023
Case I, 17 April 2023 at 16:00, Shop in Lisbon, Fabricated Not Authorized with both Mastercards of Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son, Transaction 16 euro. On 17 April 2023 at around 16:00, the Credit/Debit Cards Machine in the ‘Israeli shop’ declined buying of 16 Euro with the two credit cards of Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son Daniel Bakher, despite that no problem exists with both credit cards. More specifically, on the same day, on 17 April 2023, in the morning-noon, Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son used their credit cards in Lisbon without any problem. However, when Dr. Rozen-Bakher tried to pay 16 Euro in the ‘Israeli shop’ with her credit card, then the Credit/Debit Cards Machine declined the payment due to a lack of credit, despite that no problem exists with the credit. Thereby, her son tried to pay instead with his credit card, but the Credit/Debit Cards Machine also declined the payment due to a lack of credit, despite that there is no problem with his credit. In light of that, Dr. Rozen-Bakher tried to use her credit card in a shop nearby and the transaction was approved by the Credit/Debit Cards Machine in the shop without any problem. Importantly, the owner of the ‘Israeli shop’ argued that his Credit/Debit Cards Machine approved other transactions earlier on the same date without any problem. Besides, in the past, Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son bought in the ‘Israeli shop’ with their credit cards without any problem. In light of that, obviously, somehow, ICCG blocked the payment of 16 Euro via cyber-decline.
Case II, 08 May 2023, around 09:00, Shop in Lisbon, Fabricated ‘Not Authorized’ with the Mastercard of Dr. Rozen-Bakher, Transaction 1.3 Euro. Two attempts were made that include the three options of payment on the Cards Machine: i) Using the Chip of the card. ii) Putting the Password. iii) Moving the card on the side of the Cards Machine. All attempts showed ‘Not Authorized’, despite that the credit card had a credit. Importantly, it’s a busy shop, so nothing was wrong with the Cards Machine. Besides, Dr. Rozen-Bakher used the credit card in this shop without any problem, before and after, this incident.
Case III, 16 May 2023 at 15:20, Shop in Lisbon, Fabricated ‘Not Authorized’ with the Mastercard of Dr. Rozen-Bakher, Transaction 1.3 Euro. Three attempts were made via the Mastercard. Eventually, payment was made via the Visa of Dr. Rozen-Bakher.
Formal Cancellation of Mastercard via Santander, 29 September 2029
NOTE: No email was received from Santander regarding this Cancellation, and the Santander bank account still showed that the Mastercard is Active despite Cancellation
Manipulation with Mastercard - Inactive regarding Online Transactions
Formally Inactive Online Transaction, yet Under the Online Transactions Controlled byICCG, namely ICCG decided which Online Transaction was approved or Not. ICCG implemented this method via Mastercard of Viseca, yet worse under Taking Money Operation and Online Torture.
