This operation of ICCG is violated in a harsh way the privacy of Dr. Rozen-Bakher
Highlights
During the night of 22-23 February 2023, ICCG operated via cyber the Smart TV in the bedroom of Dr. Rozen-Bakher at a high volume to spy and create harassment, which led to the waking up of Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son Daniel in the middle of their sleeping. Daniel’s bedroom is near the bedroom of his mother. To minimize additional spying and harassment via the Smart TV in the bedroom of Dr. Rozen-Bakher, then Dr. Rozen-Bakher cut the TV's connection from the electricity, so the Smart TV was connected only when Dr. Rozen-Bakher watches TV.
Amid the Smart TV Spy Operation, in 03/2023, Dr Rozen-Bakher cancelled her subscription in Netflix.
On 23 April 2023, Dr. Rozen-Bakher sets the Networking of her TV to Disable. Thereby, since then, the TV is permanently connected to electricity yet without the ability to connect to the internet, still, the TV is connected to the Cable TV of NOS.
On the night of 13-14 July 2023 around 02:00-03:00 (2-3 AM), ICCG operated the TV to spy on Dr. Rozen-Bakher in her bedroom, despite that the TV is not connected to the Internet but only to the TV Cable of NOS. More specifically, in the middle of the night when the room was without any light, Dr. Rozen-Bakher noticed that a Green light is blinking in her bedroom. The Green light came from the operating LED of her TV. That means that ICCG operated the TV somehow, yet without opening the TV in a regular way. Importantly, when Dr. Rozen-Bakher catch the operating of the Green light, then ICCG turned off the TV and the operating LED returned to the Red light as happened when the TV is off. To carry out this operation, ICCG needs either to bypass the setting of ‘Not Networking’ in the Smart TV in order to turn-on the Internet, yet without visibility in the TV setting, or to do it somehow via the Cable TV of NOS. Either way, clearly, ICCG spies on Dr. Rozen-Bakher in her bedroom via the TV, which is violated in a harsh way her privacy.
