On 6 February 2020, Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher gave in-person the Full Hardcopy of the Complaint to Berlin Police-LKA 1 that Specialist in Offences Against Human Beings, but the complaint was forwarded for investigation to LKA 131, despite that LKA 131 Specialist in Combating Child Pornography, which should be considered as Obstruction of Justice, especially because that on one from Berlin Police nor from BKA EVER approached Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher following the complaint. President of Berlin Police, BKA and the Chancellor of Germany even did not confirm receiving the copy of the complaint to the Berlin Police. Worse, the confirmation of receiving the complaint with the Number of Process (Vorgangskennung: 200206-0855-020022) was manipulated in a way that it showed the address of LKA 1 where the complaint was given, but the title showed LKA 131 despite that it was not given there.
