‘Sabotage Position Operation in Portugal’ Refers both to Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son. ICCG is used to block applications via Cyber or to sabotage applications via conspirators that give the ‘Negative Decision’. Hence, in the case of blocking applications via cyber, especially online applications that are not sent via email, then it is done via manipulation with the internet of NOS and blocking ‘Positive Emails’. Keep in mind, that Dr. Rozen-Bakher used the NETIM mailbox for getting responses for job applications, while Daniel in the first place used Gmail, but many months later, he started to use his university mailbox that likey less manipulated by ICCG compared to Gmail, still, Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son give applications only from their home by using the internet of NOS. Hence, The ‘invisible hand’ of ICCG targeted not only the job applications of Dr. Rozen-Bakher but also of her son (24 years old), so her son, instead of finding a job quickly as expected for his age and attractive CV, then it took him 12 months to find a job (06/2022-07/2023). More specifically, during the ‘Looking Job Period’, Daniel Bakher sent applications to hundreds of various positions in Lisbon including simple ones, and following that, he made dozens of online interviews, as well as dozens of online tests, but he NEVER got an invitation for an in-person interview at any workplace in Lisbon. Eventually, he started working on 07/2023. However, Dr. Rozen-Bakher used the mailbox of NETIM and the internet of NOS for job applications, so from 06/2022 until today, she NEVER got any invitation for an interview, neither online nor in-person, despite her attractive CV.

On 06/2022, Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher and her son fled from Netherlands to Portugal due to harsh political persecution in Netherlands. Since they arrived in Portugal, Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher and her son have looked for positions in Lisbon, yet under the ‘Political Prisoner Operation’ by ICCG to Obstruct the Justice by blocking and manipulating any free communication with the Public including regarding positions
Amid the ‘Political Prisoner Operation’ by ICCG in Lisbon, since 06/2022, Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher and her son have informed many Portuguese authorities that ICCG holds them as ‘Political Prisoners’ in Lisbon via cyber and conspirators including sabotaging their effort to get positions in Portugal and even outside Portugal (see Calls for Positions). That’s regardless of all previous complaints and letters to the Portuguese Police and the Portuguese government to stop the cover-up crimes by ICCG in Portugal and the EU (see Chapter 3) However, Portuguese Police, Portuguese government and even other Portuguese authorities ignored all these calls, either without giving any answer or by giving ‘bureaucratic-cold’ answer that completely ignored the bad situation of Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher and her son in Portugal. Even one single Portuguese authority did not mention any empathy for the suffering of Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher and her son amid ICCG. No one even says we are sorry to hear about your situation. Worse, since the Asylum in 05/2017 and 06/2017 when Portugal granted the Portuguese citizenship, even no single representative from the Portuguese government or from other Portuguese authorities approached to Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son to assist them amid their suffering from ICCG, despite the countless complaints, letters, emails, and faxes that Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son sent to various Portuguese authorities. Under this reality, no surprise that ICCG has continued without any fear of punishment with their Main Objectives against Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher and her son in Lisbon including preventing Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher and her son from working in Portugal, remotely or locally, by blocking emails and applications for positions or by creating manipulation with applications via conspirators of ICCG. On 09/2022, Daniel Bakher started to study for his Master in Physics at the University of Lisbon. Following that, on 28.09.2022, Dr. Rozen-Bakher sent an email to Prof. Luís Manuel dos Anjos Ferreira, the Rector of the University of Lisbon in the hope to get his help regarding their bad situation in Portugal (see below). However, unfortunately, the Rector of the University of Lisbon refused to meet Dr. Rozen-Bakher, despite that Daniel Bakher is a student at his university. Instead, Dr. Rozen-Bakher got an answer from Prof. João Alfredo dos Reis Peixoto, the Vice-Rector on behalf of the Rector. Unfortunately, the Vice-Rector in his email gave a ‘bureaucratic-cold’ answer about the normal process of open positions (see below), while he completely ignored the bad situation of his student and his mother. Worse, some Portuguese authorities like the Portuguese Police were even hostile towards Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son, such as what happened when Complaint II was given to the Portuguese police in Lisbon. First, a Portuguese police officer lady came out to the lobby of the Portuguese police headquarter in Lisbon where Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son sat and waited for their queue. The police lady tried to send them to give their complaint about political persecution in another police station in Lisbon that cares for traffic, but Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son insisted that this is the right place to give their complaint. Second, when Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son get inside the police station to give their complaint, then the Portuguese police officers tried to refuse to get the complaint by yelling at Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son and even by threat them that the complaint will be sent immediately to the archive without even look on it. Likely, that ICCG could hear what happened in the police station, which gave them the backup to continue with the cover-up crimes and obstruction of justice without fear of punishment, because, for the Portuguese police and other Portuguese authorities, Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son are inferior Portuguese citizens without any rights, so ICCG had no fear even to escalate the cover-up crimes and obstruction of justice against Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son.
Despite Sabotage Positions Operation, since 06/2022, Dr. Rozen-Bakher puts effort to get a position in Portugal. She sent emails to Portuguese universities about her situation and regarding her interest in getting an academic position in Portugal. She also sent emails to universities, organizations and firms in Portugal and outside Portugal. However, most of these emails were blocked or manipulated (see below emails to Portuguese universities, as well as Sabotage Positions Operation: Blocking Emails in Lisbon regarding Positions, 11/2022)
Worse, ICCG targeted not only Dr. Rozen-Bakher regarding Sabotage Positions Operation but also her son (24 years old), Daniel Bakher that has a B.Sc in Physics (First Class Honours) from Leicester University in England, UK (see CV - Daniel Bakher). Thereby, due to the ‘invisible hand’ of ICCG that sabotaged many applications of her son via cyber and conspirators, then instead of finding a job quickly as expected for his age and attractive CV, then it took him 12 months to find a job (06/2022-07/2023). More specifically, during the ‘Looking Job Period’, Daniel Bakher sent applications to hundreds of various positions in Lisbon including simple ones, and following that, he made dozens of online interviews, as well as dozens of online tests, but he NEVER got an invitation for an in-person interview at any workplace in Lisbon. From 06/2020 until today, Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher failed to get any position in Portugal or outside Portugal because of the Sabotage Positions Operation by ICCG, despite the attractiveness of the CV of Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher.
