Highlights
From 2014 until today, ICCG has blocked or manipulated emails and online applications regarding academic jobs via cyber and conspirators of ICCG, such as system administrators in Universities, Faculty members, and Academic Administrators. ICCG even approached high-rank professors in universities that handled open positions to reject the Job Academic applications of Dr. Rozen-Bakher. Therefore, since 2014, over 9 years, Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher have no Salary amid the Sabotage Academic Position Operation. This operation was mentioned in sections 2.4.6 in Complaint II to Portuguese Police and PM of Portugal https://www.rozen-bakher.com/complaint-jp
Political Persecution in Israel. From 2011 until 2018, ICCG has carried out cover-up crimes against Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher and her family in Israel, still, without getting any response from Israeli authorities regarding their complaints, despite that some Israeli authorities are obligated to respond to these complaints according to the Israeli law (e.g. General Attorney of the Israeli Government and State Comptroller of Israel).
Political Persecution in WGC-branch of Bar-Ilan University in Israel. In 2014, Dr. Rozen-Bakher must quit her Israeli academic job as a permanent faculty member in the branch of Bar-Ilan University (WGC) due to political persecution that was carried out in the working place.
‘Sabotage Positions Operation’. From 2014 when Dr. Rozen-Bakher quit her academic job in Israel until today, over 9 years, Dr. Rozen-Bakher has put tremendous efforts to get an academic job outside Israel, but ICCG runs the ‘Sabotage Academic Job Operation’ to prevent Dr. Rozen-Bakher from getting an academic job outside Israel. More specifically, from 2014 until today, ICCG has blocked or manipulated emails or online applications regarding academic jobs via cyber and conspirators of ICCG in universities (Academic Conspirators such as system administrators in Universities, Faculty members and Academic Administrators). ICCG even approached high-rank professors in universities or professors that handled open positions to reject job applications of Dr. Rozen-Bakher. These professors act as conspirators of ICCG. (Sabotage Academic Position mentioned in the Asylum and Previous Complaints to Poice, as well as in the New Cover-up Crimes via Cyber and Conspirators.
‘Sabotage Academic Publications’ as part of the ‘Sabotage Positions Operation’. As part of the ‘Sabotage Positions Operation’, ICCG even runs ‘Sabotage Academic Publications’. The operation of ‘Sabotage Academic Publications’ is based on the rationale of ICCG that publications will increase the likelihood of Dr. Rozen-Bakher to get an academic job and even at leading universities, so ICCG carried out cyber against submissions of research papers of Dr. Rozen-Bakher to academic journals, as well as ICCG approached professors, editors and academic publishers to sabotage the research publications of Dr. Rozen-Bakher via intentionally rejected submissions, either at the level of a desk reject or at the level of reviewers. Amid the sabotage of publications by ICCGs, from Q3/2018 until today, even one single Research Papers of Dr. Rozen-Bakher did not accept for publication or even did not accept for revision due to cyber and conspirators, despite that Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher has very good papers that would be published a long time ago if someone else was submitted the papers. Importantly, from 2018 until 2022, over 5 years, Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher submitted hundreds of submissions to countless journals of various publishers that have various ranks, still, even one single paper did not accept for publication nor for revision due to various sabotage methods by ICCG, such as blocking submissions, manipulation with submissions, intentionally rejected papers by reviewers-conspirators and more.
‘Google Scholar Opertation’ as part of the ‘Sabotage Positions Operation’. As part of the ‘Sabotage Positions Operation’, ICCG also runs the ‘Google Scholar Opertation’. More specifically, ICCG manipulated the impact factor of the publications of Dr. Rozen-Bakher based on the rationale that a higher number of citations will increase the likelihood of Dr. Rozen-Bakher to get a good academic job. Thus, from 2018 until today, ICCG runs the ‘Google Scholar Opertation’ by reducing the real number of citations that appear on Google Scholar, as well as by blocking the visibility of the publications of Dr. Rozen-Bakher to prevent from others citing the research papers of Dr. Rozen-Bakher. The blocking visibility of the publications of Dr. Rozen-Bakher has also been done by ICCG as a censorship tool and as part of the ‘Political Prisoner Operation’ that aims to cut any visibility and communications between Dr. Rozen-Bakher and the public.
Blocking emails as part of ‘Sabotage Positions Operation’ and ‘Sabotage Academic Publications’. To carry out the ‘Sabotage Positions Operation’ and ‘Sabotage Academic Publications’, ICCG also runs massive blocking of emails when Dr. Rozen-Bakher sends emails regarding positions or publications. The blocking of emails was also done as part of the Obstruction of Justice by holding Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher as a ‘Political Prisenor’. Hence, from 2014 until today, ICCG used several levels to block and manipulated emails, as follows:
Blocking at the Country Level. ICCG Blocked emails at the Country Level by approaching, formally or informally, country authorities or corrupted leaders or spy agencies or spy officers to totally block any email from Dr. Rozen-Bakher that send to recipients in the country. This level also applies to online job applications or to any other online activity.
Blocking at the Organization Level. ICCG Blocked emails at the Organization Level, formally or informally, by approaching the management of the organization or system administrators or even workers-conspirators to block any email from Dr. Rozen-Bakher that send to recipients in the certain organization, still, if exists a conspirator of ICCG in the organization, then this conspirator may receive the email and even reply to it upon request of ICCG, yet over the years, Dr. Rozen-Bakher got many fabricated email or manipulated emails from ICCG as part of the cover-up crimes and obstruction of justice. This level also applies to online job applications or to any other online activity (e.g. shopping online)
Blocking at the Mailbox Provider Level. ICCG has also got assistance to block emails from Mailbox Providers, formally or informally, by approaching directly to them or via their country authorities. The assistance of the Mailbox Provider allows ICCG to block or manipulate any incoming email to Dr. Rozen-Bakher or outcoming email from Dr. Rozen-Bakher, and de-facto holding Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son as Political Prisoners in the EU regarding all fields of life including getting jobs to have income.
Blocking at the Internet Provider Level. ICCG has also got assistance to block or manipulate online activity by cutting the internet to create manipulation or blocking of emails or online activity. This level also covers blocking faxes and phone calls via landlines, and even mobile calls (ICCG has also got the assistance of Mobile Providers in case that the service was given separately).
Blocking via cyber. If ICCG has no assistance at the country level or at the organization level or from the Mailbox Provider, then ICCG blocked the emails via ICCG. The cyber method was also used when ICCG must release some emails, yet to block them to part of the recipients. In some cases, ICCG blocked emails to specific persons via cyber by creating fabricated ‘undelivered email’ or by cutting the activity of the mailbox, nonetheless, over the years, ICCG used many cyber methods to block emails.
