‘Blocking-Printing’ is an additional tool for Obstruction of Justice because any proof in a computer/laptop can be vanished or manipulated by ICCG, while Print-Hard Copy of Proof can not vanish unless under an extreme operation, such as the attempt to destroy Proofs in Israel via Arson (see the operation below).
When ICCG figured out that Dr. Rozen-Bakher is going to bypass the ‘Blocking-Printing’ of Hard Proof, then they took an extreme measure via Cyber-Attack that will hit the White Laptop of Dr. Rozen-Bakher in the style of Cyber-Attack in Israel (see the operation below), resulting in total damage to the System and even to the Hardware.
Over two days, Dr. Rozen-Bakher tried to recover the system without success. Please see the full description below.
Eventually, Dr. Rozen-Bakher needed to buy a new laptop because it was not worth to fix it, so the cost of buying a new laptop was also part of ICCG objectives, namely ‘Taking Money’ in any method including creating intentional damages.
