ICCG Announcement: 29 July 2023
Highlights
Since 10/2022 when Dr. Rozen-Bakher moved to a permanent address in Lisbon, she used Outlook of Microsoft with her Mailbox NETIM under the internet provider NOS.
During the last months, ICCG used Outlook as a tool to block emails by cutting the Outlook during sending the emails (Please see OP084, Blocking Emails via Cutting Outlook Method, https://www.rozen-bakher.com/iccg-announcements/24/06/2023-1656, E055, Microsoft (Outlook), USA, E012, NOS (Internet, Mobile, Fax, Landline, Cable TV), Portugal, E054, NETIM (Mailbox), France)
However, on 28 July 2023, ICCG started a new method of blocking emails via Outlook, namely blocking the ability to see emails in a folder despite that there are emails in the folder.
In trying to resolve it, Dr. Rozen-Bakher closed and opened twice the Outlook but it won’t help, so she made a restart to her computer and even after that a shutdown, but none of that helped to resolve the problem. Following that, Dr. Rozen-Bakher wrote to NETIM-the mailbox provider about the problem, and indeed NETIM confirmed that 5 emails exist in the Junk Folder, which can be seen via NETIM-Web instead of via Outlook. Log-in to NETIM-Web indeed allows seeing the blocking emails, yet the emails do not look like regular emails even after they moved to the Inbox Folder, namely the emails look like Cyber-Emails.
Following ICCG Operations via Outlook, on 28 July 2023, Dr. Rozen-Bakher stopped working with Outlook under NETIM, and instead, she started to work with NETIM inbox only via their Webmail.
