The envelope was Blocked at Tel-Aviv Airport by Israeli Authorities due to an unjustified bureaucratic excuse. As declared to FEDEX, the envelope includes only documentation of the complaint to Polícia Judiciária. Portuguese Embassy in the Hague. Amid the blocking to the Portuguese Embassy in Tel-Aviv, in 01/2020, when Dr. Rozen-Bakher handled the claim to ICC in the Hague, she arrived at the Portuguese Embassy in the Hague and asked their help in sending the fax to the Portuguese Embassy in Tel-Aviv, but the Portuguese Ambassador in the Hague refused to do it.

Israeli Authorities blocked the entry of the envelope at the Tel-Aviv Airport without any justified reason in order to obstruct justice and preventing from Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son Daniel Bakher to get assistance regarding thier case from the Portuguese Ambassador to Israel.
The delivery from Portugal to Israel costs 84 Euro. FEDEX NEVER informed Dr. Rozen-Bakher that they did not deliver the envelope nor gave a refund for not doing the delivery.
