Important Notice about Complaint to West Midlands Police, England, UK

On 2 February 2021, the complaint was given at Birmingham Central Police Station of West Midlands Police, England, UK. The complaint was given with all the documentation including the copy of the complaint to the Portuguese Police and the Claim to ICC. The police officer that opened the complaint informed us that in the coming days a police officer will invite us to the police station to get information about the complaint. Despite it, no one invites us to the police station and instead, we got an email from a police officer with a request to send by email the documentation of the complaint, despite that we are already provided it at the police station. Worse, after that, we got an additional email from Mr. Nikki Topham, the Investigation Supervisor with three awkward requests (see below): i) to provide our address, despite that it should appear in the police system under Log 1457 of 02/02/2020, as well as on the front page of the complaint. ii) the investigator asked if any offences have been committed in West Midlands Police area, despite that it mentioned in the complaint. iii) the investigator asked us to give him a report about the outcome of NCA, despite that we remind him that no one can give a direct complaint to NCA, but only a copy of the complaint to inform NCA about a case, yet the regional police could formally forward the complaint to NCA (see our answer below). A day after that, Mr. Nikki Topham, the Investigation Supervisor, informed us by email that West Midlands Police is not going to investigate our complaint. No formal letter was received from West Midlands Police about closing the complaint, despite our request to get a formal letter about it.

An Urgent Complaint against ‘Israeli Cover-up Group and its European Conspirators’

Complaint against the International Conspiracy Group, namely the ‘Israeli Cover-up Group and its European Conspirators’ that are committed Crimes against Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher and her son Daniel Bakher in Europe in order to Cover-up Attempts of Murders and other Serious Crimes, as part of the Single Set of Cover-up Crimes that are committed in Europe by the ‘Israeli Cover-up Group and its European Conspirators’ in order to Obstruct the Justice and Prevent from High-rank Figures getting Punishment for their Crimes.

This Complaint is based on the Claim that was given to the International Criminal Court (ICC) on 29 January 2020, as well as on the Complaint that was given to Polícia Judiciária (PJ) (Portuguese Police) on 9 January 2020.

The complaint to the police in UK is based on the Claim that was given to the International Criminal Court (ICC) on 29 January 2020, as well as on the Complaint that was given to Polícia Judiciária (PJ) (Portuguese Police) on 9 January 2020 in relation to the crimes that are committed against Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher and her son Daniel Bakher in Europe by the International Conspiracy Group, namely the ‘Israeli Cover-up Group and its European Conspirators’ in order to cover-up attempts of murders and other serious crimes, as described in Table I below that presents the crimes that are committed at each state territory as part of the single set of cover-up crimes that are committed by the ‘Israeli Cover-up Group and its European Conspirators’ in Europe in order to obstruct the justice and prevent from high-rank figures getting punishment for their crimes.

Important Notes:

Note 1. Section 1 includes all its sub-sections in the complaint to PJ giving important information about the formal cover-up by the Israeli authorities, as well as about the cover-up crimes in Portugal during the Asylum and after that, so it’s recommended to read section 1 too in order to fully understand the case.

Note 2. The complaint to PJ and the claim to ICC alongside these complaints are not including all the Crimes against Humanity that have conducted by the International Conspiracy Group, namely the ‘Israeli cover-up group’ and its European conspirators against Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher and her son Daniel Bakher in order to obstruct the Justice in Europe. There are additional Crimes against Humanity that were occurred against Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher and her son Daniel Bakher, but these crimes are still under review or under collecting proofs, or importantly, the current circumstances don’t allow to reveal them yet.
