Important Note

On 7 June 2017, a day after the investigation for the Asylum by SEF, Portugal granted Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher urgently the Portuguese citizenship. In spite of that, ICCG intensified the hunting, the cover-up crimes and the obstruction of justice against Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher in Portugal. When Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher approached SEF for help due to the hunting by ICCG in Lisbon, then SEF instructed her to give a complaint to the Portuguese police because now she is a Portuguese citizen. However, from 7 June 2017 until 22 June 2017, Dr. Rozen-Bakher was in a ‘Vacuum Period’, namely without the protection of SEF but also without the ability to give a complaint to Portuguese police because she had not yet had the full documentation of her Portuguese citizenship that allows her to get the Portuguese citizen card, which is needed for giving a complaint to the Portuguese police as a Portuguese citizen. Thereby, during the ‘Vacuum Period’, she approached the Portuguese government in the hope to get their help. Eventually, on 30 June 2017, she gave Complaint I to the Portuguese Police. Complaint I to Portuguese Police includes the Asylum Documentation including Proofs Ap1-Ap62, as well as new proofs Ap63-Ap227. However, Complaint I was closed under suspicious circumstances because the complaint was vanished from the system of the Justice Office and from the Books of Complaints, and the proofs that were given as part of the complaint even vanished from the Archive. That’s mentioned in Complaint II to Portuguese Police.

‘Vacuum period’. From 7 June 2017 until 22 June 2017, Dr. Rozen-Bakher was in a ‘Vacuum Period’, namely without the protection of SEF but also without the ability to give a complaint to Portuguese police because she had not yet had the full documentation of her Portuguese citizenship that allows her to get the Portuguese citizen card, which is needed for giving a complaint to the Portuguese police as a Portuguese citizen. Thereby, during the ‘Vacuum Period’, she approached the Portuguese government in the hope to get their help.

• Vanishing Complaint I. Complaint I was closed under suspicious circumstances because the complaint was vanished from the system of the Justice Office and from the Books of Complaints, and the proofs that were given as part of the complaint even vanished from the Archive. A Complaint:  

Political Persecution by the Israeli Authorities, which Started in Israel and Continues in  Lisbon, Portugal since I Gave the Application for Asylum in Portugal and Even After I  Become a Portuguese Citizen  

I hereby declare that my statement below is true to the best of my knowledge and belief and if needed, I am ready to pass a true test regarding my statement below. 

My name Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher, ID 32015245. I am a Jewish woman and a descendent of the expelled from Spain, and recently I have become a Portuguese citizen. I have enclosed the copy of my Portuguese Birth Certificate (Ap101), Portuguese Citizenship Card (Ap102) and my Portuguese Passport (Ap108). Additionally, I have enclosed my latest full CV for the professional background (Ap111).  

On 19 May 2017, I applied for Asylum in Portugal due to the continuing political persecution and harassment by the authorities in Israel. I applied for Asylum in Portugal because the authorities of Israel tried to hurt my life several times includes sabotage my career, create damages to my properties and interfere with any aspects of my life.  

On 08 June 2017, the authority Gabinete Asilo e Refugiados – GAR in Lisbon, Portugal informed me that my Portuguese citizenship approved. 

However, since I applied for Asylum and even after I become a Portuguese citizen, Israel continues to hunt me here in Lisbon, despite that I am now a Portuguese citizen who live my life in Lisbon, Portugal. The main reason for the continuing political persecution against me by the Israeli authorities here in Lisbon, despite that I become a Portuguese citizen is the continuing incoming proofs for their crimes against me along with their trying to cover up their crimes and deleted evidences. The reveal of their crimes leads them to the continuing actions against me here in Portugal.  

In the light of the continuing political persecution by the Israeli authorities here in Lisbon, I  asked for urgent help from the director of GAR, Mrs. Maria Emilia Lisboa. However, because  I am already a Portuguese citizen and not any more an Asylum seeker, the Director of GAR, 

Mrs. Maria Emilia Lisboa advised me to give a complaint to the Polícia Judiciária Portuguesa  – PJ, which allow investigating the continuing actions against me here in Lisbon, Portugal.  Please see the email of Director of GAR, Mrs. Maria Emilia Lisboa (Ap110).  

Considering the above, I have enclosed the application for Asylum in Portugal (Ap103,  Ap104, Ap105), includes the additional list of proofs (Ap109). Notably, the list of proofs and the appendixes of Ap1-Ap62 are part of the application for Asylum in Portugal, which was provided to GAR on 06 June 2016. The additional list of proofs and the appendixes of Ap63- Ap176 refers to the incoming proofs due to the previous requests to get evidences from various institutions in Israel and to the proofs due to the continuing political persecution by the Israeli authorities here in Lisbon, Portugal. 

Several notes regarding the additional list of proofs and the appendixes of Ap63-Ap176: First,  due to the continuing incoming proofs because of pervious requests to get evidences from various institutions in Israel, I am still updating the additional list of proofs due to the incoming proofs. Please see the list of the requested proofs, which I am still supposed to get from some institutions in Israel (Ap106). 

Second, currently, I am still suffering from the continuing actions against me by the Israeli authorities here in Lisbon, Portugal on a daily basis, so I need to update the incoming proofs.  Thus, you could follow on the updating of the additional list of proofs Ap177-forward on my  website https://sites.google.com/site/politicalpersecutionbyisrael/home 

Third, the appendixes of Ap1-Ap62 and the additional appendixes of Ap63-Ap176 includes videos, photos and files, so you could see all these appendixes on my website.  Forth, due to the nature of this case, some of the important proofs do not include in the list of  proofs because some of them are still in 'safe places', especially proofs that done activities to destroy these proofs or there are complex reasons to delay the reveal of some of the proofs. In the coming future, when it will allow, I will reveal additional proofs and will update the additional list of proofs of Ap177-forward.

Application for Asylum – Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher 

On 19 May 2017, was given Proofs P1-P5 as part of the Application for the Asylum, while on 6 June 2017, was given Proofs P6-P62 when SEF conducted the investigation for the Asylum. A day after the Asylum, Portugal granted urgently the Portuguese citizenship to Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher including the prospect to give citizenship also to her son, Daniel Bakher that mentioned in the Asylum.

Background 

My name is Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher. I am a researcher in International Business, International  Management, Strategy and Political Sciences. I have a PhD in Public Policy and  Management, and an M.A in International Relations and Strategy. (Please see appendix Ap1  for more details regarding my professional background). 

First, I hereby declare that my statement below is true to the best of my knowledge and belief. However, I could declare about WHAT happened to me and even if needed, I am ready to pass a true test regarding my statement below. Nevertheless, due to the nature of the events,  it's difficult for me to give proofs regarding WHO done some of these actions, but I could say based on the available knowledge that these actions could be done by people who have the ability, the skills, the motives and the technology, which does not possess usually by regular people, but rather by governmental organizations. Even more importantly, all the actions that  I described below done to me in Israel, particularly in my house in Israel. Notably, during the last few years, I had the opportunities to visit several countries in Europe, and I didn't suffer from actions against me when I visited these countries. Therefore, from my understanding, the sources of the actions against me are located in Israel rather than abroad. Besides, Israel has the cyber knowledge and ability to carry out the sophisticated cyber-attacks the done against me as I described below. 

Second, I hereby declare that I have never done criminal acts in general, nor illegal actions against my nation, Israel. On the contrary, all my life, I do all my best to be a good citizen and to contribute to Israeli society. 

Third, I decided to apply for asylum in Portugal, after I tried to get help and protection from the authorities in Israel. Firstly, I gave a complaint to the Israeli police regarding some of the events that I describe below. However, the Israeli police decided to close the complaint after one day from the day that I gave the complaint, without even speak with me, nor investigate the complaint. The police closed the complaint on a basis that ″there is no public interest″ regarding my case. Nevertheless, even the Israeli police officer wondered how the complaint was closed without investigating the case. Secondly, before more than 7 months, after the actions against me didn't stop, I gave a formal request to the office of the General Attorney of  the Israeli government, Mr. Avichai Mandelblit, with the aim of getting his help to stop the actions against me (please see appendix Ap2). In Israel, the PM is responsible for the Shin Bet, so only the GA could help in such cases. Besides, today, the Head of the Israeli police,  Mr. Roni Alsheikh, served as the deputy of the Shin-Bet before his tenure at the police, so I didn't consider giving additional complainants to the Israeli police regarding the continuing actions against me, especially due to my experience with the previous complaint. In the light of the above, it's very pity and sad that 70 years after the holocaust, I need to ask an asylum as a Jewish woman from Portugal because the authorities in Israel do actions against people because of their political views. I believe that the Shin-Bet is the main responsible for the actions against me in Israel.  

Forth, based on the whole actions against me during the last few years, I could say that the actions focus on preventing me to relocate from Israel abroad. To fulfil this objective, they have interfered with my life in four main streams: career, house, money and attrition.  • Career – Interfering regarding the progress of my academic career with the aim of preventing me to relocate from Israel abroad. It's included interfering regarding my promotion or my wish to get an academic position abroad and even interfering regarding my publications. Israel has powerful networking around the globe and a lot of money too,  which give the ability to use this power for their actions. 

• House - Interfering regarding my trying to sell my house in Israel because it will allow me to relocate permanently from Israel abroad. 

• Money - Interfering regarding my financial assets. 

• Attrition - Interfering regarding my ability to live my life normally by creating regular daily harassments. 

• Based on my understanding, the authorities in Israel have tried to prevent my relocation  abroad because of the combination of three main reasons: 

  • My education and knowledge in security and intelligence. 

  • My political view against the occupation, the settlements and the Netanyahu's government.  Notably, despite my political view, I never used my position as a lecturer to speak against the government nor the PM in front of my students.  

  • My ability to write articles on Israel and to analyse the security and the foreign policy of  Israel.  

Notably, I never worked in one of the governmental organizations of Israel, so I have no confidential information nor obligation to any governmental organization in Israel. All my knowledge is based on open sources available to the public.  

In light of the above, there is no justifying nor legal reasons for the actions done against me during the last few years. I have presented below, some of the actions that are done against me during these years. Notably, I have presented below only a partial list of the events, but keep in mind that done against me much more actions, which are not included in the list below.  

Partial List of Events During the Last Few Years  

• On the day, o4 January 2016, when scheduled for me a meeting at the Portuguese Embassy  in Israel, I got 5 nails in the tire of my car. When I started to drive from my house in Kiriat  Ata to Tel-Aviv, I didn't know about the 5 nails in my tire. When I arrived at Tel-Aviv, I  noticed that some of the air out of the tire, so I fill the air. I only realized about the 5 nails after I came back to my home and fixed the tire. Hence, I drove 200km on highway roads  (includes road 6) without knowing about this problem, which exposes me to huge danger if the tire was torn during my driving.  

• During the last years, I had many cyber-attacks on my computers in my home in Israel (at least 10-15 cyber-attacks that include damages to the hardware and the software or both and dozens of "harassment" of cyber-attacks with the aim of preventing me access to websites or to complete the process online. Based on the overall cyber-attacks that have done against me, it seems that some people have put a lot of effort to delete my database,  interfere my research and create me high costs of fixing these damages.  

• Sophisticated cyber-attacks - at least 3 of the cyber-attacks against me were created by people with a very sophisticated technology that usually has to governmental organizations. I had a simultaneous cyber-attack on two of my computers in my home in  Israel – one of them was connected to the internet and the second one was not connected to the internet. This cyber-attack happened when I was in my home and worked on my computers. Notably, due to the previous cyber-attacks, I didn't connect permanently the second computer to the internet with the aim of preventing cyber-attacks against this computer. However, despite that the second computer didn't connect to the internet, the attackers succeed to create total damage to the hardware and the software of both computers. One of the computers was a new one (I bought the computer one month earlier the attack). This attack cost me a lot of money to fix the damages and even to buy a third computer to allow me to continue with my working until the other computers will reappear. Even more importantly, I invited the Israeli national communication company,  Bezeq, with the aim of investigating this attack. Bezeq didn't find any equipment in my house that could explain this unique attack. However, according to one of their technical expertise that investigates this attack, the attackers could only have done this cyber-attack with a suitcase that worth a half a million dollars. Based on their investigation, the attackers probably sat in the street near my house when they made this cyber-attack.  Moreover, I had additional cyber-attack on my computer that was not connected to the internet. In this attack, they damage the software includes deleting all the licenses of my software on my computer. However, it seems that the most sophisticated cyber-attack was done with the aim of deleting part of a file. They succeed to delete only part of the file, but the size of the file remains the same, so I didn't notice to this damage until that one day I  opened the file and noticed for the damage of the file.  

• "Visiting" in my house in Israel - I never had a problem of thefts in my house in Kiriat Ata, but rather a problem of "visiting". In many cases, I had "visiting" at my house when I was not in my home. In one case of the "visiting", they open the doors with some oil. In other cases, they get inside through the security window (it's not simple for a regular person). In one of the "visiting", I found an activity on my computer when I was at work.  

• I quit my job due to interfering with my promotion – I worked for 9 years in one of the academic institutions in Israel. I was participating as a candidate for the election of the  Head of Department. One week before the election, when it was definitely that I am going to win this election and to become the Head of Department, the management decided to cancel my ability to participate in the election with a "new rule" that was not exist before in any of the elections for the head of departments in this institution. (Please see appendix  Ap3). I appealed to the management against this decision, and one day before the election,  they decided to allow me to participate in the election, but only after they succeeded to change the nature of the vote. After the undemocratic election and the interfering during the final election, I decided to quit my job and to start looking for a new academic abroad. However, the interfering regarding my academic career didn't stop after I quit, on the opposite, it's getting worse because of my wish to relocate from Israel to one of the countries in Europe. 

• On the day that I had one of the academic conferences in Israel, they smash the front window of my car and they probably put something in the engine of my car. Its seems that they tried to prevent me to participate in this conference. It's cost me a lot of money to repair this damage to my car. 

• They put me a door key under the tire of my car when I parked my car in the parking of my house in Israel, and when I drove out of the parking, the tier damages. 

• In one case, when I tried to submit a paper to a journal, in the middle of the submitting process, I had a cyber-attack that damage the hardware of the computer.

• In dozens of cases, I had a "harassment" of cyber-attacks with the aim of preventing me to submit papers to journals or submit papers to conferences or when I tried to apply for academic positions abroad. It seems that in these attacks, they tried to prevent me to find a  position or to make progress regarding my career. 

• In one case, one of the papers that I submitted to a journal "disappear" from the system of the journal. It's created a lot of turbulence during the review process, and because of that, I  even got a decision without an ID number of the manuscript. 

• At least in two cases, some people take out the communication cables in my street near my house, probably to prevent me to use the internet. Notably, these cables are located under the road, so needed special equipment to carry out this "attack". Due to these "attack", in one case, I left one week without internet until "Bezeq" repaired this damage. 

• I open a bank account in Zurich, Switzerland due to my wish to sell my house and to relocate to Europe. After the approval of the bank account, the bank officer sent me the documents to my home in Israel. However, after 2 months, I didn't get the envelope, so I  asked the officer to send me again (Please see appendix Ap4). Finally, after 3 months from the opening of the bank account, I got these documents to my home in Israel.

• In many cases, I had a "harassment" of cyber-interfering regarding my club cards of stores in Israel. In these cases, they changed my name to "Zoya" (in Hebrew זויה )instead of  "Ziva" (in Hebrew זיוה ). Because of these changes, I lost many times my club points, which worth money. They have done it all the time, so I lose in total a lot of money.  Notably, even when the store changed my name to the correct name when I came back later, it again changed to "Zoya". These cases are examples of attrition regarding daily life.  At some point, I give up on getting my points of the club cards because in each time I was needed to spend a lot of time in trying to fix the mistake, so I give up. 

• "Disappearing" of pension money – in one case, I have pension money that I decided to take out. When I first asked for the information, the representative of the pension firm said to me that I have money and I even get a document regarding my money (Please see appendix Ap5). When I tried to take out the money, suddenly the money "disappear" from the system of the firm. I tried to get an answer how the money suddenly "disappear", but I  didn't get a clear answer regarding my question, so I give up on this money. This is another example of attrition.  

• I would like to sell my house in Israel. First, the number of my phone was changed to the wrong number, so I didn't get any calls until I notice this problem. In other cases, I blocked to reach overseas property websites. In one case, I had a problem to create an account on an overseas property website. 

• Problems with emails – during the last few years, some emails that I sent, didn't reach their destinations. In some cases, I got a ″strange″ incoming reply emails, which notified me that there is a problem with the address of the email, despite that the email address is active.  

• Problems with incoming calls and outcoming calls - during the last few years, I suffered from many problems regarding my ability to answer for incoming calls or to make calls to some numbers.  

Notably, I have presented only a partial list of the events, but keep in mind that there are many other actions, both serious and minor, which are not included in the list above.

Inability to get help in Israel. A formal request to the office of the General  Attorney of the Israeli government, Mr. Avichai Mandelblit. On Oct 1, 2016,  before more than 7 months, after the actions against me didn't stop, I gave a  formal request (number of request – 54220) to the office of the General  Attorney of the Israeli government with the aim of getting his help to stop the actions against me.

Interfering regarding my career. On 17 March 2014, I quit my job due to the undemocratic election, which sabotages my ability to win this election. I  worked for many years in one of the academic institutions in Israel. I was participating as a candidate for the election of the Head of Department. One week before the election, when it was definitely that I am going to win this election and to become the Head of Department, the management decided to cancel my ability to participate in the election with a "new rule" that was not exist before in any of the elections for the head of departments in this institution. I appealed to the management against this decision, and one day before the election, they decided to allow me to participate in the election,  but only after they succeeded to change the nature of the vote. Ap4, Ap58, Ap59 

Interfering regarding selling my house in Israel. An email that confirms the problem to get a post regarding my wish to sell my house in Israel. I open a  bank account in Zurich, Switzerland due to my wish to sell my house in  Israel and to relocate to Europe. After the approval of the bank account, the bank officer sent me the documents to my home in Israel. However, after 2  months, I didn't get the envelope, so I asked the officer to send me the envelope again. 

Ap5, Ap31 

Creating financial damages and 'disappearing' information from computing systems. "Disappearing" of pension money from the system of the firm,  despite that I have a document regarding this money. When I asked for the information, the representative of the pension firm said to me that I have money and even I got a document regarding this money. However, when I  tried to take out the money, suddenly the money "disappear" from the computing system of the firm. Notably, I also got a formal document from the Israeli Tax Office regarding this money. 

Ap6, Ap7, Ap8

Destroying evidence regarding trying to hurt my life. According to a  conversation on 29 May 2017, with the representative of Road 6, the two driving on 04 January 2016, "disappear" from the computing system of Road  6, despite that I have an invoice that confirms these driving. On 04 January  2016, when scheduled a meeting at the Portuguese Embassy in Israel with  Mr. Yehonatan Kaplan to give my application for Portuguese citizenship, I  got 5 nails in the tire of my car. I drove 200km on highway roads (includes road 6) without knowing about this problem, which exposes me to huge danger if the tire was torn during my driving. They put five nails on the tire in the way that I can drive to the embassy, but on the assumption that during the driving on the highway, it will cause the tire to tear, which is highly likely will end in a situation that I will hurt and even kill. They could have punctured the tire before I started my driving to the Embassy, but they did not do it. They wanted me to hurt during this driving. This driving  "disappear" from the computing system of Road 6 because it could confirm they are trying to hurt me. Even more importantly, Road 6 made photos of the cars during the driving on the road because it's a payment road, so probably they tried to destroy the evidence of these photos because it's could confirm the damage that they create to the tire, and as a result, will confirm their intention to hurt my life. Therefore, I asked from Road 6 to try to find photos of my cars from this driving with the aim to get approval for their trying to hurt my life.

Ap9, Ap10

Inability to get help in Israel. I gave a formal complaint to the Israeli Police regarding some of the actions that do to me. This complain includes actions  such as sophisticated cyber-attack on two computers that one of them was not connected to the internet, 'visiting' in my home, damages to my car and  more. However, the Israeli police decided to close the complain one day after I gave this complaint, without even speak with me, nor investigate this complaint. The police closed the complaint on a basis that ″there is no public  interest″ regarding my case. Nevertheless, when I gave the additional complain, even the Israeli police officer wondered how the first complaint was closed without investigating the case. I sent a formal request to the  Israeli Police to get a copy of the letter regarding the closing complains. I got an answer from the Israeli Police that they forward my request to the person that deals with this issue.

Interfering regarding my career. An example of "harassment" of cyber-attack with the aim of interfering the submission of one of my research paper to one of the journals. Despite that, I got an approval file, I won't be able to complete the submission because of this "harassment" of cyber-attack. Due to this "harassment" of cyber-attack, I won't be able to submit the research paper to this journal.

Interfering regarding my career. 'Blocking' some of my emails regarding the publication of my research papers with the aim of interfering the progress of my career. In some cases, I had to withdraw my research papers after I  submitted the papers to the journals because I won't be able to communicate with the journals. In these cases, I didn't get an answer to my emails, despite that the emails of the journals are active emails. In these cases, I even tried to get help from the customer services of the publishers, but it won't help. It seems that these emails were 'blocked'. In some of these cases, I even got a  reply email that the address of the email does not exist or the email failed due to 'technical problem', despite that there is no problem with the address of the email. For example, when I sent a confirmation regarding my approval to review a paper, I didn't get a replay email that there is a problem with this email. On the contrary, I got an email that the journal gets my email regarding my review, which confirms that this address email is active. I even got sometimes 'strange reply' - 'THIS IS A WARNING MESSAGE ONLY. YOU  DO NOT NEED TO RESEND YOUR MESSAGE', probably with the aim of preventing me to try to send additional emails to this email address.

Attrition and creating financial damages. Interfering regarding my ability to live my life normally by creating regular daily harassments along with increasing my costs. An example of such "harassment" of cyber-attack, when  I tried to pay online. In such cases, they interfered in the middle of the payment process, which won't allow me to end the process, despite that I  have no problem with my credit cards. Even more importantly, they particularly tried to interfere 'cheap' transaction with the aim of increasing my costs. If I tried, for example, to make a reservation for a cheap flight,  they 'blocked' my ability to complete the reservation, which forces me sometimes to make a reservation in a higher price. For example, I tried to make a reservation for a flight from Lisbon to Tel-Aviv. First, I tried to make  a reservation with Air Europe with a connection in Madrid, but the process of the reservation 'interferes', so I got a temporary reservation rather than a  regular reservation. I didn't success to reach Air Europe by phone, so I tried to find another flight. I found a cheap flight with Czech airlines, but my access to the reservation 'blocked' (The technical assistant in the VIP  Executive Arts Hotel in Lisbon tried to assist me without success). However,  when I tried to make a reservation with El-Al at a higher price, I complete the process online without any problem. Due to this interfering, I forced to flight with El-Al at a higher price.

For several months, without my knowledge, I won't be able to get incoming calls from abroad because of a 'mystery' reason - a problem with my credit card despite that during all these months I paid for the using of the mobile. I am looking for a position abroad, so probably, during these months, people tried to reach me regarding my career without success. It's an example of how they sabotage my ability to find a position abroad.

Interfering regarding my career. An example of "harassment" of cyber attack, when I tried to apply for an academic position. Due to this  "harassment" of cyber-attack, my application didn't receive.

Sophisticated cyber-attack. Deleting only part of an outlook archive file with the aim of deleting two sensitive emails. Despite that they deleted these emails from the file, I have hard copies of the important email that I sent to the president of Haifa University. In these two emails, I reported on high probability of forgery of an important document to two senior persons in the  University of Haifa – the former president of Haifa University, Prof. Aaron  Ben-Ze'ev and Prof. Gabriel Ben-Dor, the Former Head of the National  Security Council (NSC) of Israel and the Head of the National Security  Studies Program at the University of Haifa. At the University of Haifa, I did my B.A, M.A and Ph.D. and I also participated in report writing on the  Political Science School for the Council for Higher Education of Israel. On  Friday 15 December 2010, 14:00 PM, when I realized that there is a high probability for forgery regarding an important document, I sent immediately an email to the president of Haifa University, Prof. Aaron Ben-Ze'ev. This email was deleted from the file. Despite that they deleted this email from the  file, I have hard copies of this email. Additionally, they also deleted the email that I sent to Prof. Gabriel Ben-Dor regards this issue. I was a student of Prof. Gabriel Ben-Dor for many years, so I tried to get his advice regarding this problem. Moreover, I didn't notice to the damage of the file until that one day I opened the file and noticed for the damage of the file.  When I realized about this damage, I reported immediately about this incident to Prof. Gabriel Ben-Dor. Notably, many senior security officers in  Israel includes from the Shin-Bet, done their B.A and M.A studies in Haifa  University, particularly at the National Security Studies Program. Hence,  there is a lot of networking between academia at Haifa University and the  Security Elite in Israel. For example, the former head of the Shin-Bet, Mr.  Yoram Cohen, received his BA and MA in political science from the Haifa University and he is also a graduate of the National Defense College. Mr.  Yoram Cohen is also a member of the Israeli friends of the University of  Haifa. Mr. Yoram Cohen served as the Head of the Shin-Bet during 2011- 2016.

A serious incident – On 29 July 2011, occurred a serious fire near my house  (Report Case Number 98428). I gave a formal request to get this report from  Israel's Fire and Rescue Authority). There is an option that this incident is not a random fire, but with the intention to destroy some of the documents in my home, particularly due to the previous actions that done against me during this year, which were failed to achieve both the destroying of these documents nor hurt me. On summer 2011, at the midday, when I was in my working, lecturing to my students in the summer course, the fire started. It was a very serious fire. Our street closed and most of the houses in our street got instructions to leave the houses. Even firefighter's planes participated in the extinguishing of the fire. My single son was along in our house. His room is in the back of our house near the grove. The heart of the fire was only a few meters from the backyard of my house and the room of my son.  My son then was only 12 years old. He played on the computer with headphones on his ears, so he didn't hear the fire nor the calling to leave the house. I was lectured at this time, so I didn't know about the fire. In the middle of my lecturing, young girl, one of my nearest neighbours called me by phone and updated me about the fire. We have in a closeness relation with her, and she worried that my son didn't hear the instructions to leave the house. I instructed her to take him out of the house immediately. When I  came back to my home, it still took some hours until the firefighters succeed to control the fire. Notably, some of the actions against me could be done informally by some people of the Shin-Bet that had the ability to carry out these actions. There is another option that was two paths of actions: formally and informally, but both paths done by people with the ability to carry out actions that usually didn't have to regular people. Nevertheless, there is an option that the fire was randomly near my house, and this incident of the fire could be not related to the other actions that done against me by the Shin Bet, formally or informally.

A serious incident with the high probability of intent to hurt my life. Three months after I reported on the suspicion of forgery about the document to the president of Haifa University, started a serious incident with the high probability of intent to hurt my life. I have a background of allergic problem to the grass in the garden and dust mites. Usually, I live all my life with this allergic problem without any serious implications. I have no health problems, except this allergic problem. This allergic problem even shows in my medical records. Probably, the people that planed this incident, known about my allergy problem. On February 2011, I got a symptom of allergic on my face, but the symptom was different compared to my allergy problem that usually shows on all the body and not only on the face. It's started with the eyes and spread to all the face. I assumed that it will over naturally. After two months, that it becomes worse, I decided to go to my family doctor, Dr.  Amnon Udi (Clalit Health Services, Branch Givat Ram-Tal, Kiryat Ata,  +97248432400) to get help regarding this problem. For three months,  between April to July 2011, I got allergic medicine that contains steroids. It's strong medicine with many side effects. Usually, when I get my allergy problem due to grass or dust mites, it's over quickly without the need for a  strong medicine with steroids. However, in this case, despite that I took the medicine for three months, the symptoms didn't over and even get worse. On  June 2011, my family doctor decided that I need to see an allergic doctor resolve the problem. On July 2011, after I waited one month for my appointment, I met the allergic doctor, Dr. Brigitte Marcel Medina (Clalit  Health Services, Branch Lev Hakirya, Kiryat Ata, +97248430707). The allergic doctor immediately understood that it's not an allergic symptom, and she assumed that I put some materials on my head that create these symptoms. The doctor instructed me to stop using all the materials that I put on my head, includes face creams, shampoo and such. Three days after I  stopped to put my 'head materials' all the symptom over without needing to use any medicine. However, here the BIG story of this incident. First, I used my 'head materials' for many years before the incident without any symptoms. Second, my 'head materials' includes many types of materials such as eye cream, face cream, shampoo and hair conditioner, so it's unlikely that suddenly I become allergic to all of them. Even more importantly, after the problem over and I threw away all the 'head materials' that were in my home, I bought aftermath the same 'head materials' and I didn't get any symptom to any of these 'head materials'. Until today, I am using some of these 'head materials'. And here the 'dark side' of this incident. Usually, when  I worked full-time, I take help regarding the cleaning of the house. For many years, includes the 'problem period', I worked with the same firm (Ap37) that sent me each week housekeeping to clean my house. In one case, during the  'problem period', I saw one of the housekeeping go up to my bedroom on the upper floor with a bottle of nail polish in the middle of the cleaning. It seems to me very strange that in the middle of cleaning, she thinks to put nail polish. In the second case, I saw her with a bottle of nail polish touching my face creams that were in the chest of drawers. At that moment, I thought that she tried to steal my serum for the face and to put it in her bottle of the nail polish. In that time, I didn't imagine that she probably puts some material in my 'head materials' that made the symptoms like an allergic in my head.  When I find out that she tried to stall the serum (that what I thought then), I  reported about it to the lady that runs the cleaning firm and I fired her. Based on the whole incident, it seems that some people tried to hurt my life and even killed me in a biological way. It seems that they planned this action against me, based on a preliminary knowledge that I have an allergic problem with the aim that it will show as an "allergic problem" to cover they are trying to hurt my life. One month after the ending of this incidence, the fire happened, so if we look on the sequence of events, the fire may be not a random, but rather with the intention to make damage to my house and even may to hurt my son. Notably, I tried to log in to my medical records with the aim of giving these records, but I "blocked", so I gave formal requests to get the medical records of this "allergic problem". The trying to cover up and destroying their actions has continued, includes interfering my ability to bring some of the proofs.

A serious incident. On 15 August 2013, during the summer school vacation,  when my son was 14 years old, he suddenly has become dehydrated with a  high fever and convulsions, which risk his life due to a rapid deterioration of his health condition. It's started at 19:00 in the evening and in the middle of the night, his life was in a critical condition. An injection that he got in the middle of the night saved his life, according to the doctor that came to our home on 16 August 2013 around 03:00 AM. Aftermath, on 16 August 2013  in the morning, he was hospitalized in the Carmel Hospital in Haifa and got  Infusions that stabilize him, but it took several months until his body recovered from this trauma. Health problems could happen, but in this case,  there is a big doubt if it happened naturally. On 15 August 2013, all this day,  he sat in his room with air-conditioning and played online computer games with his friends, trough the Skype. He didn't do any physical activity nor expose himself to the heat of the summer outside. He only sat in his room with air-conditioning, played computer games and ate and drunk, which makes it difficult to understand how his body suddenly become dehydrated with a rapid deterioration that risk his life. I had a lot of doubts if I should include this incident because it's difficult to explain why it was happening to him and how it was happening. However, I decided to include this incident because of 'one red alarm'. During this day, I smelled a different smell from the air conditioner. The air-conditioning of his room is in the backyard, so it  has easier access for handling. Besides, I would like to give additional peace of information. On 13 August 2013, I got a tourist visa to the USA for 10  years. One month before, I made a request to the USA embassy in Tel-Aviv to get this visa, and during this period and until I got it and beyond, I  suffered from many operations against me such as, "visiting" in my home,  putting a key under the tire of my car, "activities" in my computers and more. I got the Visa from the embassy of USA in Israel on 13 August, and on 15 August the incident happened to my son. Notably, I never had the opportunity to visit in the USA. I requested this visa to allow me the option to participate in academic conferences in the USA. Therefore, if we look at the "big picture" of all the incidents, it seems that the authorities in Israel decided that at any cost they will prevent the option that I will leave Israel.  Nevertheless, until today, I don't know if this incident was happening intentionally, but at the same time, it's difficult to understand how suddenly my son becomes dehydrated. In the general context of all the incidents that happened during the last years, I thought that it's important that I will tell about this incident too, despite the lack of clarity if it was happening intentionally and how it was carried out.

Cyber-attacks. During the last years, I had many cyber-attacks on my computers in my home in Israel. I had at least 10-15 cyber-attacks that include damages to the hardware and the software or both. I always paid significant amounts with credit cards, so I gave formal requests to the credit card firms - Visa Card and Leumi Card – to provide me with the transactions that I have done with their credit cards since 2011 with the aim of showing my costs regarding the repairing of my computers or buying new hardware such as, hard discs. These transactions will also show the payment for the  Israeli national telecommunication "Bezeq" that made investigation include checking my home and my car to understand how the sophisticated cyber attack carried out on my computer that didn't connect to the internet. I also gave a formal request to Microsoft in Israel regarding the repairing of the software of my computer after the sophisticated cyber-attack on both computers.

Interfering regarding my career by 'harassment' of cyber-attack. For example, I submitted a research paper to a journal and the paper "disappear"  from the system. Because of this "disappearing", I had no ID manuscript during the review process and even when I got the decision. The  "disappearing" of the paper from the system of the journal creates a lot of turbulence during the review process.

Since I applied for Asylum in Portugal on 19 May 2017, I got two weeks from SEF until the meeting on 05 May 2017 to do all my best to provide the proofs regarding my statement for the request of Asylum. Since then, I do all my best to bring the proofs that I know that exist with the aim of providing these proofs to SEF. However, during this period, I "blocked" many times to prevent me to provide these proofs. Therefore, beyond the proofs that I  succeed to provide, I also include appendixes of formal requests to various institutions in Israel to get additional proofs, such as closing complain by the  Israeli police, additional medical records, transaction of credit cards to show costs and more. Therefore, please see below the list of formal requests to institutions in Israel that I am supposed to get from them additional proofs. I  will forward immediately to SEF each of the proofs when I will get them from these institutions. Nevertheless, due to the intentional interference and  "blocking" my ability to provide some of the important proofs, I decided to send a formal request to Mr. Yosef Shapira, the State Comptroller of Israel,  with the aim of getting his help to get these important proofs from the institutions in Israel. I believe that it will help to bypass the trying of  "blocking" me to get these important proofs.

I have app. 1000 contact persons, so I sent the emails in 6 groups (less than 200 emails per each group).  However, I succeed to send the emails to my contacts that start with the letters A  to P, but regarding the contacts that start with the letters P to Z, the emails  blocked. I got a notice regarding 289 emails (2 groups) that 'my message has been blocked'. I tried twice to send the email to these 2 groups by Gmail, to the contacts with the letters P to Z, but twice these emails blocked. In the light of that, I sent my email to these 2 groups, letters P to Z, from my Portuguese email of SAPO,  and I had no problem to send these emails to these contact people from my email  of SAPO.

Damage to my car on the day that I had a conference in my working place. On 30 April 2013, in the morning when I need to drive with my car to the conference, I found out that someone smashed my car window and put 'some material' in the engine of my car. For three days, the car was in the garage to repair the damage of the engine. Aftermath, I scheduled repairs to the front window of my car. I needed to wait a few days until the repairing of the window, which limits my ability to drive the car, so I used the taxi service during these days. On 12 May 2013, 'Lusia Glass' repaired the front window of my car. These repairs cost me 1,132€ and a lot of hassle.

Creating damages to my house, costs and harassment. Between the period of 31 October 2016 until 22 December 2016, I was in Europe due to the participating in academic conferences in Europe. On 13 December 2016, when I was in Prague, someone opens the irrigation hose in the backyard of my house and leave it open to create damages and costs. The water authority of my city, 'Maayanot Ata' got an alarm on their computer regarding the flood, so they sent someone to close the water, but the person arrived at my house only on 16 December 2016 to close the  water. For 3 days, I had a flood in my house until the water closed, which creates a flood and cost. Notably, if they didn't close the water at all, it could be creating significant damage to the house because nobody could notice for this damage because it's a private house and I was abroad for two months. More than that, when I came back to my home after a long flight on 22 December 2016, I found my home without water, needed to deal with the 'water problem' – life under  harassment.

On 26 July 2013, I paid online the fee for the tourist visa for the USA. From this day until I got the visa and beyond, I suffered from a lot of action against me includes cyber-attacks, 'visiting' in my home and the 'dehydration' problem of my  son that happened on 18 August 2013.

March 2014. Investigation of Bezeq regarding the sophisticated cyber-attack on my two computers that one of them didn't connect to the internet. I forward the investigation’s report of Bezeq to the Israel Police, but as I mentioned before, the Israeli Police closed the complaint after one day, without even speak with me nor  investigate nothing regarding the complaint, which includes various activities against me. According to Bezeq, needed a very sophisticated technology (someone sat in the street near my house with "suitcase" that's worth a half-million-dollar) to carry out this cyber-attack. Bezeq also subspecies that the attackers also used my car in some way. I have private parking at my house, and the parking is very close to the house.

April 2014. Due to continuing suffering from the Shin-Bet, I applied for immigration to New-Zealand. I applied online and during the process of the application online, I suffered from many problems, so it's difficult to say if the  immigration office of New-Zealand got correctly my application. Even when I applied for Portuguese citizenship occurred a "strange" problem. First, I got a letter that my application received correctly by the IRN, but the aftermath, one of  the questions regarding my previous residence in other countries suddenly  "disappear" from the form, despite that I filled this question and even the person in  the Portuguese Embassy in Tel-Aviv checked that I fill correctly the form of the  application. This "disappearing" of my answer from the form of the application created a long delay in the approving of my Portuguese citizenship.

June 2011. Significant cyber-attack. I had a computer, not a new one (4 years old).  In the middle of the year 2011, I had a significant cyber-attack, so I bought a new computer because it was pointless to repair the old one.

May 2015. I had a small laptop, but it twice over cyber-attacks, so I bought this small laptop instead of the one that damage.

Additional attempt to interfere with collecting the proofs. Following my request to get the transaction reports of Visa-Cal with the aim of showing proofs by the costs  of the damages, I got only 61 reports instead of 73 reports. According to Visa-Cal, they sent me the reports of the period January 2011 until January 2017, so it's supposed to include 73 reports, but I got only 61 reports, so there are 12 missing reports. The missing reports refer to the period of January 2011 until October 2011, and for the two months of December 2016 and January 2017. Not surprising, that the missing reports refer to the first 10 months of 2011, the year that I had the "allergic problem", many cyber-attacks, "visiting", fire near my  house and more with the attempt of hurting my life and destroying evidences.  Probably they interfered in some way that I won't get the missing reports from Visa-Cal regarding the "problematic period”.

Interfering regarding my academic career. On 11 June 2017, despite that I am now a Portuguese citizen that lives in Lisbon, Portugal, Israel has continued to interfere with my academic career with their cyber ability. Again, as happened before in other cases, they interfered the application process online when I tried to apply for  a position. Unfortunately, I still as a virtual prisoner of the Israeli cyber despite that I am a Portuguese citizen that lives in Lisbon, Portugal.

Harassment and perhaps even more. On 11 June 2017, around 15:30 PM, I got 5 SMSs without a number, which confirms that "somebody" got 5 FAXs from me, despite that I didn't send any fax.

Blocking incoming calls on my mobile, despite that, I am a Portuguese citizen who lives now in Lisbon and not in Israel. Additional proof regarding the interfering my ability to communicate freely. On 12 June 2017, I suffered from a lot of problems regarding my ability to get calls and to make calls. Thus, on 13 June 2017, I showed in a video the failure of getting calls on my Israeli mobile  along with the success of getting calls on my Portuguese mobile. Before I took the video, I tried at least 10 times to make calls for my both mobiles, includes twice  restarting of my laptop. I believe that Israel has done these actions against me without a court order. I gave a request to the CEO of Golan Telecom, the mobile service provider of my Israeli mobile, with the aim of understanding if they got a court order to block the incoming calls on my mobile.

Blocking incoming calls from my lawyer who deals with the selling of my house in Israel. On 13 June 2017, my lawyer tried to call me on my Israeli mobile, but without success. I didn't receive any call from his numbers nor notification of incoming calls on my mobile related to his phone numbers. His phone numbers included in the contact list of my Israeli mobile. Its additional example, how Israel has continued to interfere regarding selling my house.

Proof for destroying evidence regarding their trying to hurt my life – 'Allergic problem'. Following my previous request to get 12 missing reports from Visa-Cal, I got only 8 reports, but Visa-Cal argues that they can't find 4 reports. These 4 reports refer to a very problematic period in 2011 includes the 'allergic problem' – March, April, June and December. Moreover, the previous 61 reports I got without a password code to open the documents, but in relation to the 8 reports, I required  to add a password code to open the document. Thus, I took a photo of the first page of the document to show the declaration of Visa-Cal regarding their inability  to find the 4 sensitive reports (Ap99). In addition, I add the document that requires a password to open it - 9RO1Z9XL (Ap100).

On 11 June 2017, I sent a request for protection from GAR. On 8 June 2017, I informed by GAR that my Portuguese citizenship approved (number of approvals – 3754015). However, due to the continued actions against me by the Israeli authorities, despite that I become as a Portuguese citizen that lives in Lisbon, I sent to GAR a request for help.

On 14 June 2017, I sent an urgent request for a meeting with GAR due to the escalation of actions against me since my Portuguese citizenship approved.  Accordingly, to the answer from the GAR, I need to give a complaint to the Polícia Judiciária Portuguesa – JP. I have started to make a complaint, and I will give it ASAP.

On 9 May 2017, a few days after I came back to Lisbon to give application for Asylum, I started to suffer from BLOCKING of outcoming calls. I sent an email to Golan-Telecom regarding this problem. They tried to advise me regarding the definitions of my mobile, but as I explained to them if the definitions are not OK,  it's applied for all the numbers and not only for part of them, an especially  important one.

On 9 May 2017, I had a harassment attack of many SMSs with "strange" number ‘8363'. I tried to send several replay SMSs with the aim of removing my number, but each time I failed to send the SMSs. Therefore, I asked Golan-Telecom to block this number, but they said that they can't help me. In the past, I suffered several times from harassment attack of many SMSs. Paraphs, they tried to “deliver" a message through my mobile. For example, when I visited Jerusalem, I had a harassment attack of many SMSs with the message regarding 'underfloor heating'.

On 10 May 2017, the harassment attack of many SMSs with "strange" number ‘8363' continued. Golan-Telecom advised me to put the number in the 'blacklist' of my phone, but it didn't help.

Blocking of outcoming calls. On 10 May 2017, I sent an email to Golan-Telecom on the problem of "cutting" calls when I tried to call to some numbers. After the dial, the call "cut" without even hearing a ring tone.

Blocking of an outcoming call to the Fire station regarding my request to get the full report of the fire that occurred near my house on 29 July 2011. According to a conversation on 26 May 2017 with the secretary of the station commander, the  report arrived, and she said to me that she will send it later on the same day by  email. However, I didn't get it yet by email, so I tried to get her by phone, but I didn’t get any answer from all the sub-numbers of the Fire station include the operational sub-number. On 27 and 28 May 2017, I tried to call again to the Fire stations, but my calls blocked. I sent again a reminder email from my email of SAPO. Notably, I made a call at the same time to another number through my Skype without any problem (Ap128). However, when I tried many times to call the fire station, the calls blocked and "cut" without even ringing. It's the second day of this BLOCKING because the report arrived at the Fire station. Probably, they even BLOCKED my email because usually, they answered to my email  before. I also made an additional attempt later to call to the Fire Station, but it was the same. The calls Blocked.

Blocking of outcoming calls and incoming calls. On 12 May 2017, I sent an email to Golan-Telecom on the problem of "cutting" of incoming and outcoming calls.  When I tried to call some numbers, the call "cut" without even hearing any notice.  I also started to suffer from "cutting" of incoming calls.

Blocking of outcoming calls. On 13 May 2017, I sent an email to Golan-Telecom on the problem of "cutting" of outcoming calls, especially to one of the real estate  agents that deal with the selling of my house in Israel. The problem of the Blocking calls occurred, particularly to important contact persons regarding my house, career and such.

Problems regarding submissions of research papers to journals. On 14 May 2017, I submitted research papers to journals, but I didn't receive confirmation emails for  the submissions and I had even a problem to log in to the journals. Moreover, when I sent an email with the aim of understanding why I didn't receive  confirmation emails, I got an answer that seems to me unusual for submissions in  journals. During these days, I submitted three papers to three different journals on three different topics, so when I asked why I didn't receive a confirmation email, I got this answer below: "Often when authors submit more than one paper at a time, it takes longer to do the processing, as we have to make sure that the articles are  different enough in content to warrant separate publication." I never had an experience that Editor in Chiefs from different journals checked other papers from the same author in other journals before the journal sent a confirmation email.  Notably, I didn't receive these confirmation emails on my Portuguese email – SAPO. During the last years, I suffered from unusual problems regarding my  submissions such as, "disappearing" of papers, I didn't get confirmation emails, I  didn't get any answers to my emails when I tried to write to the editors and even I  got "a warning email" not to try to send again email or notification that the email  address of the editor does not exist, despite that I know definitely, that the email  exist. In one case, I even go through a significant cyber-attack when I tried to submit a paper, which deletes the hard-disk of one of my computers.

An additional problem regarding a confirmation email for the submission of a research paper. On 10 June 2017, after I become a Portuguese citizen, I submitted a research paper to a journal, but I didn't get a confirmation email. According to the journal, the system sent the email confirmation, but I didn't receive it, so it's  meant that the email blocked in some way to my email. Notably, the blocking is done on my Portuguese email – SAPO.

On 04 June 2017, I had a total disconnecting of my both mobiles – Israeli and Portuguese – one day before that I was supposed to give the proofs to GAR, with  the aim of interfering with the collecting of the proofs. On 04 June 2017, one day before my meeting with GAR with the aim of presenting and providing them the  proofs for the Asylum, during some of the critical hours of the afternoon and  evening of the day before the meeting, when my son in Israel collected the proofs regarding my 'allergic problem' and such, the total disconnect my both mobiles.  First, they disconnect my Israeli phone. After I switched the SIMs between both mobiles and started using the Portuguese mobile, they also disconnect the  Portuguese mobile. When I arrived at the Hotel Eduardo VII in Lisbon, both of my mobiles were disconnected, so the people from the reception of the hotel, helped  me in this situation. They allow me to use the phone and Fax of the hotel at the reception to connect with my son when he was at the Medical centre in Israel to  collect the proofs. The help that I got from the people in the hotel, allow me to collect these proofs, despite their trying to prevent me to do it. The people from the reception of the Hotel Eduardo VII in Lisbon could confirm this situation.

On 7 June 2017, a few days later, I had an additional case of interfering with the collecting of additional proofs in the Hotel Eduardo VII in Lisbon. In this case, I was needed to give authorization to a delivery firm – Amit Zariz - to bring me  some documents from Lumi-Card in Israel to present additional proofs. For several hours, the people from the reception tried to send to my Portuguese email  of SAPO, the scan authorization that I was supposed to forward my email to the  delivery firm, without any success. When we tried to copy the document to a disk  on key, we had a problem too. Eventually, after the person from the delivery firm goes home, I got some of the emails that we earlier sent with a long delay. The people from the reception of the Hotel Eduardo VII in Lisbon could confirm this  situation. That's an example of the "Virtual Torture" of the Shin-Bet. Something that is supposed to take a few minutes to do it, could take hours because of the  "Virtual Torture" of the Shin-Bet. Imagine the life, that in each step of the day, you suffer from a "Virtual Torture" without any legal reason nor court order or  even the ability to fight against it in a court. Even a prisoner in detention could try to defend themselves in a court, but in the case of "Virtual Torture", you haven't  any ability to defend yourself. You are a "Virtual prisoner" that live under a “Virtual Torture" without any limit of time. Currently, I am "Virtual prisoner" of the Shin-Bet that suffer every day from a "Virtual Torture", despite that, I am a  Portuguese citizen that lives in Lisbon.

Due to my previous emails to Golan-Telecom regarding the problems with the calls, on 14 May 2017, I got an email from them, which inform me that they did a “refresh" to the international calls that are supposed to resolve the problems.  However, despite this refresh, the Blocking of incoming and outcoming calls has continued. Golan-Telecom tried to help me with the regular tools such as definitions of the mobile, refresh and such, but the source of the Blocking is not a technical problem, but rather cyber-attacks, so the regular assistant didn't help in my case.

On 1 June 2017, I sent an email to SAPO regarding my problem to send some of my emails. As I explained in my email, when I pushed the button 'send', its stack without any progress and it even didn't save a draft (I made a few attempts before I took the video and even restart to the computer. This such of problem occurs many times during the last month here in Lisbon). This applies particularly regarding emails that I tried to collect proof, such as my email to the Fire Station in Israel, as  I showed in a video (Ap150). It's another example of Blocking important email in trying to prevent collecting of proofs. In the case of the fire, they put a lot of effort until today, to prevent me to collect this evidence. In this case, I gave a formal request according to the Israeli Law that allows for the public to get information regarding fires in Israel. Despite the Israeli Law, they tried to sabotage the collecting of this proof trough illegal actions like cyber-attack on my email, calls and such.

On 1 June 2017, an additional attempt to prevent me to collect proofs. I tried to log in to my medical record on the website of KLALIT with the aim of collecting  additional information regarding my 'allergic problem' (actually, they tried to hurt  my life with a biological material). In order to log in, I asked to put the SMS that the website sent me. Despite several attempts, I didn't receive the SMS or when I got and put the correct password, I got a notice the password wrong. This kind of harassments done to me many times before when I tried to make a reservation for flights and such.

Harassment in the middle of the night with SMSs. On 2 June 2017, in the middle of the night, I got SMS after 11 hours from my request for SMS to log in to the website of KLALIT. It's started with the first SMS at night, at 22:48, after 6 hours of my request for SMS. Aftermath, I received the second SMS in the middle of the night, at 02:48, after 11 hours of my request for SMS. The third one was in the early morning, on 06:48, after 15 hours of my request for SMS. "Virtual Torture".

Additional attempt to prevent me to collect proof regarding one of the sophisticated cyber-attack that occurred in 2014 on my two computers that one of  them wasn't connected to the internet (I described in detail in my application for  asylum on that cyber-attack). On 3 June 2017, I sent an email to Microsoft with the aim of getting the copy of the letter that I got before from Microsoft Israel  regarding the repair of one my laptop after the cyber-attack. When the cyber-attack occurred, the laptop was a new one, only one month after I bought it, so the laptop was still under the service warranty. When the cyber-attack occurred, the laptop was connected to the internet, and the second one, the desk computer wasn't  connected to the internet, but despite that one of them was connected to the  internet and the second one not, both of them hurt due to this cyber-attack. The software of Microsoft (Window 8) includes the DOS of the Laptop hurt and  Microsoft Israel can't repair it online, so the laptop sent to their laboratory. The second one, the desk computer even hurt more. The hardware and the software got total damage, so I replaced the hard-disk and the software. On 3 June 2017, when I sent an email to Microsoft, I got a reply email: Your message to  msilcss@mssupport.microsoft.com couldn't be delivered. Moreover, when I tried to call to Microsoft Israel, I forward to Microsoft Greece without the ability to get  Microsoft Israel. I tried several times, and in all the cases, I forwarded to Microsoft Greece. Notably, I tried to call from my both mobiles – Israeli and Portuguese – but it didn't help, I got Microsoft Greece. When I tried to ask the Greek persons (maybe Greek people or maybe the 'Microsoft department of the  Shin-Bet') why I forward to them, they didn't know to provide me answers nor  what the telephone number of Microsoft Israel. In the past, when I tried to call Microsoft Israel, I got them without any problem, but now, special for me,  Microsoft Israel didn't exist.

'Strange' SMSs. On 11 June 2017, I got several SMS – confirmations for FAXs, despite that I didn't send any fax. Perhaps, it's an additional harassment attack of SMSs or maybe more than that. There is a possibility that someone sent FAXs on my name without my approval. Notably, I got these SMSs without any identification, number or name.

Blocking of outcoming SMSs. On 19 June 2017, SMSs that I sent in relation to the application of the Portuguese citizenship of my son, were blocked. An additional example of blocking calls or SMSs in relation to important issues.

On 27 May 2017, I sent a request for urgent approval of my application for Asylum to the Director of GAR due to the escalation of activity against me in  Portugal, as well as the starting of the Shin-Bet to delete proofs in other  organizations in Israel to prevent me the collecting of these proofs.

On 14 June 2017, it seems that my Portuguese email of SAPO, go through under a cyber-attack. Instead of that everyone sees my email as zrb26121979@sapo.pt, then they changed it and it showed as id0004293640@sso.sapo.pt. It's happened when I tried to send an email to the President of University of Lisbon regarding  my situation in hopes to get his help, but probably the email didn't send OK, so it's  another example of interfering regarding my career. More than that, under this cyber-attack, they deleted my signature at the end of my emails without the ability to add it again. I tried several times to save the signature at the end of the email, includes restarts to my computer, without any success. Therefore, for several days, I needed to put my "signature" manually at the end of my emails, until they  removed this 'Blocking'. Probably, they have done it for some purpose or as usually to interfere with my academic career. I informed GAR about this incident.

On 16 June 2016, I sent a formal request to the PM of Portugal, Mr. Antonio Costa  trough the website of the government of Portugal with the aim of getting his help  due to the continuing actions against me by the Israeli authorities here in Lisbon,  despite that I become a Portuguese citizen. On 14 June 2017, the Director of GAR  advised me to give a complaint to the Polícia Judiciária Portuguesa – JP. However,  due to the continuing the actions against me, I sent a request for help to the PM of  Portugal until I will make the complaints to the Polícia Judiciária Portuguesa – JP.  Notably, since my citizenship approved, I have needed to take care urgently to my  certifications of Portugal, such as citizen card and more, because I have no identity  card here in Portugal, except the documents of the Asylum. This need limited my  ability to deal only with the complaint because I need to spend many days in  dealing with the bureaucratic side of the approval of my citizenship.

Due to a previous problem to apply for an academic position, on 16 June 2017, I  got the additional link from the university to resolve the problem. However, as  shown in the photo (Ap164), on the place of the number phone, showed faked  number – '0123456789', without the ability to change it, so I couldn't continue  with the application process without to add a phone number. It didn't recognize the  number 0123456789 and it also does not allow to put a new one, so I stuck without the ability to continue with the application process. It's an additional  example of how the Shin-Bet hacked my process online with the aim of preventing  me to apply for a position. 'Virtual Prisoner'

Blocking of incoming calls in relation to selling my house in Israel. On 23 June  2017, my lawyer tried to call me through my Israeli mobile, but he didn't success  to get the mobile. In my side, I didn't receive any calls or notifications regarding  his trying to call me, despite that my mobile was open all the time.

Additional attempt to prevent me to collect proofs. Since my first request to the Israeli-police on 29 May 2017, to get the letter of the closing complaint by the Israeli police, I didn't get the letter. This complaint refers to sophisticated cyber-attack, damage to my car and more, was closed one day after I gave the complaint without even speak with me nor investigated it. I sent two additional reminders and clarification regarding my request on 07 and 26 June 2017, but until now, I didn’t get the letter. Usually, the Israeli-Police is supposed to send these kinds of letters a few days from the request.

On 22 June 2017, I sent a renew request to 'Road 6' to get the pictures of my car  during my driving on Road 6 on 04 January 2016 due to the 5 nails that I got in  my tire, which exposes me to a huge danger during my driving to the Embassy of  Portugal in Tel-Aviv. On 22 June 2017, I got an answer that provides me before  my request, that the PASKAL didn't take pictures during the driving on Road 6.  However, I sent them an answer with a renewed request to try to find pictures of  my car from my driving on 04 January 2016 with the cameras that operate all the  time along this road. Road 6 has many cameras along the road in case of accidents, security incidents and such, regardless of the cameras that follow the cars with the  aim of collecting money due to the using of the road.

On 29 June 2017, I sent a reminder to 'Bikur-Rofe' to get the medical  documentation of the doctor that came to our home on 16 August 2013 with the  aim of showing the injection that my son got in the middle of the night, which  saved his life according to the doctor. I sent the request on 4 June 2017, and I  already supposed to get the document after 14 days, but I still waiting to get the  document.

Due to the many incidents regarding Blocking of incoming and outcoming calls  and SMSs, on 13 June 2017, I sent a request to the CEO of Golan Telecom, the  mobile service provider of my Israeli mobile, with the aim of understanding if they  got a court order to block some of my calls and SMSs on my mobile. On 20 June  2017, I got an answer from Golan Telecom that they didn't receive any court order  to BLOCK my mobile to incoming or outcoming of calls or SMSs. This means that the BLOCKING of my Israeli mobile done by the Israeli authorities without  any order of a court. Notably, the BLOCKING is done to important calls or SMSs  in relation to sale my house, citizenship, my career and such.

Blocking of outcoming calls to the Portuguese Embassy in Tel-Aviv, Israel regards the Portuguese citizenship of my son. On 22 June 2017, I called to the  Portuguese Embassy in Israel regarding the Portuguese citizenship of my son, but  the calls were Blocked. I called on Thursday, around 11:00 in the morning,  according to Jerusalem time, but I didn't get any answer. The Portuguese Embassy  in Tel-Aviv has an Interactive voice response (IVR), which automatically answer the incoming calls and provide the people with the possibility to choose the right department for them by pushing the number of the department. Despite that, I  didn't get the IVR nor answer, only 'cutting' off the calls after a few rings.

Blocking of email to the Portuguese Embassy in Tel-Aviv, Israel regards the Portuguese citizenship of my son. On 19 June 2017, between the time of 09:29 to 09:58, I tried to send email through my Portuguese email, SAPO to the Portuguese Embassy in Israel regards the Portuguese citizenship of my son, without any success. After I pushed on the 'send' it stuck for a long time without even saved the email as a draft. No signs left in my computer regards these failures of emails, except the photos and video that I took during my trying to send the emails.  "Virtual Torture".

Additional appendixes of proofs: Ap177-Ap227 that provided as part of Complaint I

Ap177, Ap208

An additional proof regarding the 'fabricated allergic problem' that was the de-facto a biological warfare, which is prohibited by the international law (For additional  pervious appendixes regarding the 'fabricated allergic problem' alongside the trying  to prevent the collecting of its proofs, please see Ap36, Ap37, Ap38, Ap43, Ap44,  Ap46, Ap62, Ap89, Ap90, Ap99, Ap100, Ap145, Ap146, Ap147, Ap152, Ap153).  As we can see in Ap177, I met the Allergic Doctor on 27 June 2011 for the first time  after I suffered for months from the ' fabricated allergic problem'. During these  months, I got very strong medicines with Steroid that could make damage to the  body if someone took them for a long period. Ap208 gives information about the  common side effects of using this medicine for a long time. Based on the whole  information that was collected, they planned to hurt me through the side effects of  Steroid medicines without that it looks like as something that was done intentionally  but as an illness. They probably chose this specific biological warfare based on a  'research' of my medical history. According to my medical records, I have only two  problems/comments that also describe in my private medical insurance, namely the  allergic problem to dust and the C-section (caesarean delivery). In the light that, they planned to hurt me through a 'fabricated allergic problem' that will look like as an illness rather than as biological warfare. Indeed, over two months, I got very strong Steroid medicines for an apparently allergic problem that didn't exist in  reality. During this period, I saw several doctors, but none of them succeeded to  understand that it's a 'fabricated allergic problem', so they gave me strong Steroid  medicines in hope that it will help, despite that I reported that it looks very different  compared to dust allergic problem that I suffered in the past. However, on 27 June  2011, when I first met the specialist doctor for Allergic problems, then she  immediately suspected that it's not an allergic problem, but a 'material' that I put on  my face and head. She instructed me to stop immediately using ALL my cosmetic  products and hair products and to use only one cream and one shampoo that she instructed me to buy. AFTER 3 DAYS from stopping using my cosmetic products  and hair products, the 'fake allergic problem' passed without the need to take any  medicine. At this first meeting with the Allergic Doctor, she also instructed me to stop immediately using the Steroid medicines because of the side effects. Thus, the ‘fabricated allergic problem' passed without the need to take any medicine. When I  met again the Allergic Doctor at the clinic on 04 July 2011, then she saw that the  'fabricated allergic problem' passed without the need to take any medicine. It's passed because I simply stopped to put on my head and my face the biological warfare. More importantly, after I threw away all my cosmetic products and the  head products that were in my home, I bought after that the same products and I  didn't get any symptoms due to these products like before the 'fabricated allergic  problem'. Until today, I am using some of these products without any problem.  Nevertheless, after this failure, they have started to hunt me and my family in a harsh way because of the fear that their crime will be revealed. Hence, since July 2011, they have started to do everything to cover up this failure to hurt me includes any attempts to prevent me to collect proofs regarding the 'fabricated allergic problem'.

Proof regarding the attempt of changing evidence and preventing me to collect proofs. In 2014, I gave 2 complaints to the Israeli Police. The first complaint refers to a sophisticated cyber-attack on my computers at home, "home visiting", damage  to property and more. This complaint was closed a one day after I gave the complaint due to the reason that there is "no public interest". For this complaint, I got in the past a closing complaint letter from the Israeli police. The second complaint refers to harassment on websites on the internet. For this complaint, I never received a closing letter complaint nor any response to my complaint from  the Israeli Police. I gave the second complaint two days after I gave the first complaint. When I started to collect the proofs for the Asylum, I send several formal requests to the Israeli police to get the closing letter of the first complaint  (please see Ap9, Ap10, Ap66, Ap116, Ap117, Ap118, Ap119, and the list of  requests to get proofs). However, despite all my reminders to the Israeli Police, until today, 41 days from my first request, I didn't receive the closing letter by  mail or by email. Usually, the Israeli-Police is supposed to send these kinds of letters a few days from the request. Even more importantly, when I sent my son to the Israeli Police with a power of attorney from me to get the closing letter of the  first complaint, they gave him instead of a document regarding the second  complaint. First, they tried to sabotage the collecting of the closing letter by 'total disconnect' of my both mobiles, the Israeli and the Portuguese to prevent me to  communicate with my son during the critical hours of the collecting the proofs. It was on 04 June 2017, the evening before my meeting with GAR regarding the proofs. On this evening, I succeed to communicate with my son with the help of the reception people from the Hotel Eduardo VII in Lisbon (please see Ap145,  Ap146, Ap147 and also the list of appendixes Ap63-Ap176). Second, when they realized that I insisted to get the closing letter, they didn't provide the closing  letter, but a document regarding the second complaint. Third and more importantly, based on the details of the document regarding the second complaint,  probably this document was "changed" due to several reasons: Firstly, I filed the  complaint at the Police station of Zevolon in Kiriat Haim and not in Nahariya.  Secondly, the police officer was a woman and not a man. Thirdly, it's mentioned in the document that the police officer deals with violence in families. My case has nothing in relation to violence in families. According to these details, someone changes the details of the original complaint.

Interfering regarding my trying to give a request to IDF by FAX to open an investigation. I gave a formal request to the Chief of the General Staff of the Israel Defence Forces - IDF, Mr. Gadi Eizenkot to open an investigation regarding the  using the facilities of IDF to carry out the political persecution against me by the  Shin-Bet. Because I didn't get a confirmation email to my request, I tried to send the request by FAX too, but despite that the officer at CTT of Portugal tried for  more than a half an hour to send the FAX, she didn't success. When the problems started with the FAX, I didn't surprise. I only feel sorry for the lady at the CTT that all the time said to her colleague 'it's not normal' the problem with the FAX.  She tried to send to three different FAX, without success. She tried for more than half an hour.

An additional attempt to prevent me the collecting of the proofs regarding the trying to hurt me on Road 6, on 4 January 2016, the day that I gave the application for the Portuguese citizenship to the Portuguese Embassy in Tel-Aviv. Following the answer from Road 6, that the examination with the control room of  Road 6 arise, that Road 6 has no pictures of my car during these driving (Ap214), I  sent an answer and a request to the CEO of Road 6, that it's not possible, that the control room has no pictures of my car (Ap211) because the control room must  record all the activity on the road. Notably, when I call for the first time to Road 6  to get the pictures, my driving on 4 January 2016 'disappeared' from the system of  Road 6, probably by the Shin-Bet to destroy the proofs for the attempting of  murder. However, these driving show on the bill of Road 6 (Ap6). Nevertheless,  it's easy to delete driving records from the system of Road 6 in relation to one car,  but it's not possible to delete all the activity on road 6 along 114 Km over 66  minutes. Therefore, I asked the CEO of Road 6 to make an effort to provide me with the pictures of my car ASAP because It's proof for attempting to murder.

Following my request to Israel's Fire and Rescue Authority to get the full report  Case Number 98428 regarding the fire that occurred near my house on 29 July  2011, I got the report on 3 July 2017, after a long delay due to the approval from  legal adviser, despite that I deserve to get the report according to the Israeli law  without any need to send it to a legal adviser (please see Ap32, Ap54, Ap120,  Ap121, Ap129, Ap130, Ap131). However, I got from Israel's Fire and Rescue Authority only report regards the resources used during this fire and not an  investigation report. We speak about a fire that the centre of the fire occurred few meters from my backyard garden (Ap199) and because of that all the houses near  the centre of the fire in the Aerez street (the street of my house) evacuated and the  Aerez street closed during the fire. To get control on the fire were involved 2 firefighters aeroplane (very rare in Israel using of firefighters aeroplane unless it's  a serious fire), 24 firefighters, 13 fire track and more equipment. Despite these significant resources to get control of the fire, Israel's Fire and Rescue Authority  argues that they don’t have an investigation report if the fire occurred due to an  arson act. Notably, I live in my house for 20 years and it was the first time and the only case of fire beyond the houses. Usually, on nature fires, it's happened in the same area again and again over the years. Besides, the temperature on this day during the time of the fire was only 30 degrees Celsius (Ap200), lower than the  average in Israel during the summer (Ap201). Thus, the fire probably caused by an arson act rather than naturally. Even more important, during the starting of the fire, I was in my working place, I gave a lecture to my students and my son was a long at our home. He was then only 12 years old. His room is the nearest one to the backyard garden and to the centre of the fire (Ap202). They probably tried to hurt my son at least twice with the aim of hurting me.

'Fabricated' reports of the University of Haifa. After I reported to the President of  University of Haifa, Prof. Aaron Ben-Ze'ev, on 16 December 2010 regarding the  "problems" of these reports, but they approved them two weeks later, on 04  January 2011, despite my reporting, the Shin-Bet started with their trying to  destroy proofs related to these reports (e.g. by email to the President of Haifa (this  proof exist in several 'safe places), cyber-attacks, 'visiting' in my home an such), as  well as with theirs trying to kill me (the 'fake allergic problem' started 2-3 months  after my reporting to the President of University of Haifa). There are two options here: The first one, that after the confirmation based on these 'Fabricated' reports,  'someone' decided that it will be 'safer' to 'eliminate' me. The second one, during the period between 16 December 2010 until 04 January 2011, 'someone' planned  my 'elimination' and the confirmation of the reports was based on this planning. In this option, the confirmation done on the idea that I will 'eliminate' ASAP without  the risks for the revelation of these 'Fabricated' reports. The expertise of the Shin Bet to 'eliminate' people in ways that it won't seem like murder, maybe the base of the planning of this option. The networking between the Shin-Bet and the University of Haifa allows the creation of this conspiracy. The failures to 'eliminate' me and destroy important proofs, leads to the 'loop of hunting' by the Shin-Bet against me - trying to 'eliminate' me, failure, trying to destroy proofs – and again and again without ending until today. This 'loop of hunting' worsens when I decided to relocate from Israel abroad, especially due to my education and  knowledge in security and intelligence, as well as due to my political view against  the occupation. This combination leads to the 'loop of hunting' by the Shin-Bet.  Notably, both of the heads of the Shin-Bet during the period of my hunting are graduates of the University of Haifa. 

The 'outside' problems of the reports. When I got for the first time the reports on the beginning of December 2010, I immediately reported to several high-rank  persons of Haifa University, includes the president and the Rector. At this stage, I only deal with the 'outside' problems of these reports: First, where is the 'missing report' (please see Ap220). Second, why the first report of Prof. Avi Faigenbum doesn't look like his formal report, but as 'pieces' from several documents with  different fonts without the logo of the formal letter of this professor. The same Professor reviewed my M.A. thesis and his formal report look as it should be  (please see Ap221) and not as a 'pieces'. Besides, there is no copy of his formal approval, but a certified copy. Regarding these problems, I got some answers from several persons from Haifa University includes a formal answer from the former  Rector of the University of Haifa, Prof. David Faraggi. According to these answers, this reviewer died and his report "copy" from the email that he sent to  Haifa University (they refuse to show this email). That's mean that someone uses a paper of Haifa university to create this document by copy and paste the 'pieces' from his email. However, as we can see in Ap221, his review report looks different and not like 'pieces'. Third, the second report of Prof. Goldberg shows with the date of 18 November 2002, 9 years before the date that it's supposed to  be. This report supposed to be done in 2010 and not in 2002. When I asked from Prof. Eran Vigoda-Gadot, the former head of Political sciences from the  University of Haifa, to ask from Prof. Goldberg to fix this mistake because it  seems to me impossible that I will have a review report with a date of 9 years  earlier. However, I got an answer from him that it's not important and he refused to fix this mistake. Maybe because it's not a mistake, but a 'creation of a review report based on old documents.  The 'inside' problems of the reports. Since the beginning of December 2010 when I got the reports until 16 December 2010, I deal only with the 'outside' problems of these reports without any success. On 16 December 2010, I started to deal with the 'inside' problems of these reports. The 'inside' problems refer particularly to the 'pieces' report of the reviewer who died. On Friday, 16 December 2010, at app.  11:00 AM, I met Prof. Yaakov Weber to discuss with him on the 'outside' problems of these reports. At that stage, I still didn't aware of the 'inside' problems of the reports. When I came back home after the meeting with Prof. Yaakov Weber, I started to learn the comments. The two reports didn't give conditions for the approval, but the comments given as an optional for improvement. However, when I started to learn the comments, I got a shock due to the 'inside' problems of  the 'pieces' report. The report was completely 'fabricated'. The comments mention section and pages that do not exist in the same sections and pages of my  dissertation. On 16 December 2010, at app. 14:00, I sent immediately an email to the President of University of Haifa, Prof. Aaron Ben-Ze'ev. In this email, I described in detail the contradictions between the review reports and my  dissertation. For examples, the report mentions 4 research questions on page 26, but in my dissertation, exist 6 research questions on page 8. The report mentions the contribution of the research on page 32, but in my dissertation, this section mentions on page 13. The report also mentions pages 36 and 58, but these sections in my dissertation exist on pages 17 and 39. The report also mentions that the literature review is long till page 100, but in my dissertation, it's much less, it's  between pages 17-73. In my email to the President of the University of Haifa, Prof. Aaron Ben-Ze'ev, I also requested that someone meets me urgently due to  these contradictions. However, I didn't get an answer to my email and after two weeks despite the 'fabricated' reports, they approved the dissertation. In that stage, I feel tired from their layers regarding these reports, so it seems to me useless to  continue to argue with them regarding the reports. Nevertheless, the approval was the starting of the operation of the Shin-Bet - 'eliminate of Dr. Ziva Rozen Bakher'. During the last years, the Shin-Bet put a lot of effort to destroy the proofs regarding some of the important emails in relation to these reports, but without  success. For example, the email to the President of Haifa that I explained to him about the 'inside' problems of the report, exist in several 'safe' places. In the coming future, I will reveal additional proofs regarding these 'fabricated' reports includes the email to the President of the University of Haifa, Prof. Aaron Ben Ze'ev.

On 02 January 2011, University of Haifa decided on the approval based on the  'Fabricated' reports (please see the letter of the approval from 02 January 2011),  despite my letters and emails regarding the 'outside' and 'inside' problems of the  reports. I got the notification on the approval on 04 January 2011.

Additional proof regarding the 'Fabricated' reports of the University of Haifa that leads to the start of the hunting by the Shin-Bet. The ''Fabricated' reports created to cover up the revenge and humiliation behaviour by Prof. Aaron Cohen from the  University of Haifa. The period between January 2010 to January 2011 was a humiliation period for me. I was as a 'Hostage' during this period, as I wrote to the President of Haifa, Prof. Aaron Ben-Ze'ev when I reveal him the problem in one  of my emails to him. However, despite what I wrote to him and asked to meet him to explain my suffering, Prof. Aaron Ben-Ze'ev didn't invite me for a meeting or arranged meeting with another manager at Haifa University. According to Israeli law in such cases, the university must meet the student and investigate the case.  However, what happened in my case was the opposite, the management of Haifa university ignored my request for a meeting and started with serial actions to cover  up the revenge and humiliation behaviour of Prof. Aaron Cohen against me. The revenge and humiliation period started on January 2010, two months after I  submitted the PhD dissertation for review because I confronted with Prof. Aaron Cohen due to his 'serial layers' to me on a romantic background. On our first 'romantic conversation', Prof. Aaron Cohen told me that he has no romantic relationship with another woman. In general, I oppose a relationship with a man that has a romantic relationship with another woman, so when he told me that he is  'free', I agree to try dating with him. However, Prof. Aaron Cohen didn't look for dating, but for a 'sex office', something that I oppose. After a one week, he told me that he has a relationship, but for a short period and not serious until after two  months later that he reveals that he has a long-term relationship for 4 years.  During this period, he tried to get a 'sex office' without success. In one case, when I came to meet him in the morning, on 11:00 AM in his office regards one of the projects, he suddenly opened his pants and take off his penis. I got a shock because the door was closed, but unlocked, and it was a busy hour with many students, lecturers and secretaries that go through the corridor and someone could  open the door and see him a half-naked. Prof. Aaron Cohen forgot that I am not a woman that he met in a pub, but his PhD student, so 'serial layers' and trying to get  a 'sex office' don't accept. After two months, when all the 'serial layers' reveal, I confronted with him about his behaviour, and instead to apologize, he started with  the journey of revenge and humiliation against me. He decided to revenge me through the PhD review that he managed. At the beginning of 2010, when he asked by the PhD study Director to give an additional list of reviewers, instead to  ask Prof. Yaakov Weber for additional recommended reviewers, he created the list  by himself and forwarded it. Even more important, one of his reviewers accepted to review the PhD dissertation, but the reviewer didn't complete the review for a  one year. When I sent a complaint letter to the President of Haifa, Prof. Aaron Ben-Ze'ev about the long delay with a copy for the Head of the PhD committee,  Prof. Abraham Ben-Zvi, suddenly two things happened one day after I sent my  letter to the President of Haifa: First, after one year, the reviewer noticed that he  won't be able to review the paper. It can be understood if a reviewer withdraws  from a PhD review after a one month or two, but after a one year, it's  unacceptable. Probably, the reviewer "keeps" deliberately the review to create a  delay regards the approval of my PhD as part of the revenge of Prof. Aaron  Cohen. Second, the Head of the PhD committee, Prof. Abraham Ben-Zvi, step  down one day after my letter, and Haifa University appointed Prof. Aaron Cohen  to the Head of the PhD committee (please see Ap224). Instead of that, the  management of Haifa University will investigate the unethical behaviour of Prof.  Aaron Cohen, they give him the 'authority' to create the 'Fabricated' reports. The  complaint to the President of Haifa didn't resolve the problem, on the contrary, it  leads to actions by the management of the University of Haifa to cover up his behaviour instead of denouncing it. After my complaint, it's even worse.  Moreover, during the review period, I suffered from humiliation due to the revenge behaviour of Prof. Aaron Cohen. First, due to my wish to end the 'revenge period' by Prof. Aaron Cohen ASAP and without the need to hurt his career by giving a complaint against him, I tried any kind of ways to convince him to 'let it go' without revenge. He is older than me. He was my M.A. and PhD. Supervisor, so despite his behaviour, I hoped that he will stop his revenge. I even asked for is forgiveness despite that I was the victim, but nothing helped. Second, during the 'revenge period', I suffered from calls at nights or fax at nights to wake me up and from such kind of behaviour. Third, I also suffered from an inability to connect with him on research issues, and when I need to do it, I always needed to bug him until I get some answers. He abused his position to revenge me. Forth, I even suffered from a humiliation when I need to be in contact with him. For example, in one case, when I called him about the PhD review, after a few minutes, he started with a 'sex conversation' and I needed to hear him until he gets  an orgasm, but after that, he started to scream at me. I was as a hostage, without getting any help from the University of Haifa, despite that some people know about this situation, such as Prof. Eren Vigada-Gadot, the Head of the School of Political Sciences. During this period, I even sent twice a request for a meeting to the student complaint committee, but I didn't get any response. A 'perfect' cover up. In sum, the management of Haifa University covers up the unethical behaviour of Prof. Aaron Cohen and after the reveal of the 'Fabricated' reports.

Additional attempt to prevent me from collecting the proofs regarding 2011. Due  to the missing reports of Visa-Cal regards 2011 (please see Ap53, Ap55, Ap56,  Ap90, Ap99, Ap100) and the last answer from Visa-Cal that 4 reports, which refer  to a very problematic period in 2011, not exist in the Visa-Cal office (please see  Ap99), I sent a request to the CEO of Visa-Cal to try to find these 4 missing  reports from 2011 because these 4 reports refer to a very problematic period in  2011 includes the 'allergic problem' – March, April, June and December. After a long delay with a lot of contradictions regarding if the reports exist or not, I finally got these 4 missing reports. Despite that I got the missing reports from Visa-Cal, I  am Blocked to see the document because the password (9RO1Z9XL) that I got  from Visa-Cal didn't open the document. I tried several times to open the document and even get an SMS with the same password, but the document didn't open. Therefore, I sent a renewed request to the CEO of Visa-Cal with the aim of getting the missing reports for 2011, preferably without a password to prevent additional Blocking. Moreover, there is also a missing report of Lumi-Card for January 2011. It's very interesting that all the missing reports refer to 2011, which confirm the option that it occurred deliberately to prevent collecting of proofs.
