Highlights

This operation proves without any doubt that the Dutch authorities were formally involved in the operations of ICCG in Netherlands, namely that Dutch authorities acted as conspirators of ICCG. Manipulations with posts via national post institutions or private delivery providers were carried out for a long time by ICCG, such as in Israel regarding the complaints to Israeli police (see section 1.3.2 in Chapter 1. Complaints to Israeli Police, Israeli Authorities and Israeli Organizations), yet the method of fabricated address was already in use by ICCG in England in the case of UPS delivery to prevent getting signature confirmation (fabricated address B B1 1TB instead of real address B1 1TB), as mentioned in the complaints to various police including to UK police (see section 2.4.24.1 in Complaint II to Portuguese Police and Portuguese Government). However, in England, the manipulation was carried out online via cyber or conspirators, while in the case of Netherlands, the fabricated address and various manipulations with posts were carried out by PostNL with stamps on envelopes, despite that the address does not exist. More specifically, for example, posts that were sent from Switzerland regarding Enterprise Operation were sent by Viseca to a fabricated address in the Hague, namely to the fabricated address of 2582CO1 instead of 2582CT (see proofs below), and despite it, PostNL put stamps on them and deliver them to the correct address, which is not possible under the postcode system today unless ‘someone’ gets the envelopes, puts the stamps, and then puts them in the post box like in the case in Israel. Viseca is already mentioned in previous complaints to several police including to Zurich Police (see section 2.4.21 in Complaint II to Portuguese Police and Portuguese Government) because of the double credit cards that ICCG produced, one real and one fabricated, which signal that ICCG likely has conspirators in Viseca that assisted to carry out the ICCG operations in Switzerland. Nevertheless, the manipulations with the posts by PostNL occurred also when Dr. Rozen-Bakher sent registered posts from Netherlands to Switzerland in a way that the delivery did not appear in the track-system, which led to cover-up answers from both sides, Netherlands and Switzerland. Even manipulations with registered posts within Netherlands occurred by PostNL regarding various operations in Netherlands (e.g. BSN Operation: Sabotage Dutch Residency), which led to unclear answers from the workers of PostNL why the problem occurred. Even if we look back at the problematic communications with International Criminal Court (ICC) via posts that were handled by PostNL even before that Dr. Rozen-Bakher moved to the Hague, Netherlands, then likely that ICCG had already access to create manipulation of posts via PostNL.

Based on the whole operations in Netherlands, then likely that ICCG HQ in Israel got formal help from the Dutch spy agency, as done in England by MI5 because even the best spy foreign agency has no ability to run such kind of operations without the help of the local spy agency. ICCG is a conspiracy group of spy officers and corrupted politicians, so no surprise that several police did not open an investigation despite the serious crimes, because police officers likely got ‘instructions’ from spy officers that are above the law or even from powerful corrupted politicians not to handle the complaints. Worse, in the case of Netherlands, the head of the spy agency was the head of the Dutch police six months before the moving of Dr. Rozen-Bakher to Netherlands, which may explain the intense ICCG operations in Netherlands without any fear of complaints to police. Dr. Rozen-Bakher did not give a complaint to Dutch Police because it seems useless to give a complaint against someone that serve six months earlier as the head of the police. Likely, that ICCG do whatever they like against Dr. Rozen-Bakher in Netherlands because of this reason. Hence, no surprise that intent to murder occurred in Netherlands by ICCG and even Crimes against Humanity, 5 KM from the International Criminal Court (ICC) that ignored any call for help from Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher via emails, posts and faxes, so now the question is if ICC ignored them by its decision or due to ‘political instructions’ or because of the blocking communications.

Why ICCG chose CO1 ( 2582CO1 instead of 2582CT)?

Spy agencies usually do not choose something randomly but with some meaning to their spies, so likely that ICCG chose intentionally the CO1 as an instruction for their conspirators, so the address CO1 may relate to the following operations:

Note, At the medical level, CO1 (Carbon dioxide) is used for insufflation during surgery, laser surgeries, and certain respiratory disorders. If ICCG bet on Corona, then it may relate to Ventilator in hospitals for serious Corona illness, still, CO1 could be also related to other directions.
