Highlights

  • On 13 March 2017, as an Israeli citizen that formally still resided in Israel, Dr. Rozen-Bakher submitted a request to open an investment bank account in the Swiss bank UBS (see below), with the aim of putting the money from the sale of her house in the Swiss investment bank account.

  • On 11 April 2017, UBS confirmed the opening of the investment bank account (see below).

  • On 05/2017, Dr. Rozen-Bakher applied for Asylum in Portugal, while on 06/2017, Dr. Rozen-Bakher became a Portuguese citizen.

  • After the opening of the bank account, ICCG started to sabotage receiving posts from UBS in the address of Israel. In the start, UBS sent envelopes via regular posts, namely via the service of the ‘Israeli Post’, but these envelopes did not reach the address of Dr. Rozen-Bakher in Israel, so the bank needed to send the envelopes again and again. Eventually, UBS sent the envelopes via a special delivery (not by Israeli Post), and then Dr. Rozen-Bakher got the envelopes at her address in Israel.

  • Following the Portuguese citizenship alongside the change in domicile from Israel to Portugal, then on 17 August 2017, Dr. Rozen-Bakher changed the domicile in UBS from Israel to Portugal including a change from Israeli citizenship to Portuguese citizenship (see below), still, amid the lack of permanent address following the Asylum, then Dr. Rozen-Bakher provided UBS her Post Box in Lisbon, Portugal to get posts from the bank.

  • Amid the ‘Sabotage House Sale Operation’ in Israel by ICCG (see below section 2.4.9 in Complaint II to Portuguese Police (Polícia Judiciária) and PM of Portugal, 09 January 2020 https://www.rozen-bakher.com/iccg/cm060), then the sale of the house drag on over the years 2017-2018, so Dr. Rozen-Bakher did not activate the UBS investment bank account due to the delay in the sale of her house.

  • In mid-December 2018, UBS informed Dr, Rozen-Bakher of closing the bank account at the end of December amid the long delay in activating the investment bank account. However, two weeks later, on 13 January 2019, Dr. Rozen-Bakher signed a contract for selling her house, yet in a very low price due to the ‘Sabotage House Sale Operation’ (see below).

  • Following the sale of the apartment, Dr, Rozen-Bakher approached UBS in trying to open again an investment bank account, but due to the smaller amount than expected from the sale of the house in Israel because of the ‘Sabotage House Sale Operation’, then UBS declined to approve the opening of a new investment bank account. Eventually, Dr. Rozen-Bakher opened a Swiss investment bank account in Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB).

2.4.9 ‘Sabotaging House Sale Operation’, Q1/2015-Q1/2019

Important notes:

  • Due to the numerous proofs that exist related to this operation, then this section below presents only the most important proofs, while any additional proofs will be provided to investigation authorities and courts upon request.

  • The pick of the ‘Sabotaging House Sale Operation’ occurred in England, so any manipulation or blocking of emails, phone calls and what’s up occurred via UK providers.

As part of the manoeuvre to prevent Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher and her son Daniel Bakher to leave permanently Israel, then the ‘Israeli cover-up group’ conducted ‘Sabotaging House Sale Operation’ in order to sabotage the sale of Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher’s house in Israel. This operation was conducted from 2015 until 2019 when the house was eventually sold at a very low price due to massive sabotage activities. However, the pick of this operation occurred in England during the period of 05/2018 until 01/2019 when the house was sold, as described below.

The main characterises and price of Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher’s house in Israel:

The house included 3 floors with 6 rooms over the first and the second floors (176m2). The ground floor included expansion for an additional 3 rooms over 80m2 (exist roof, external walls and hard floor, still needed infrastructure and internal walls). The house included a garden (200m2-front yard, backyard and side yard). The house included two private parking and an option for an elevator. The price included full furniture and a fee waiver for the real estate broker for the buyer (Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher paid the fee instead). 

During the last years, Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher got several offers through real estate brokers, such as the offers in 1.9 million ILS and 1.85 million ILS. These prices were not included full furniture and a fee waiver for the real estate broker for the buyer. These prices didn’t also take into account the value of the expansion of the house for an additional 3 rooms.

Due to the aggressive ‘Sabotaging House Sale Operation’, the house eventually sold in 1.31 million ILS (includes full furniture and a fee waiver for the real estate broker for the buyer). Hence, Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher and her son Daniel Bakher left Israel with only 2 big suitcases and 2 small suitcases, while all the furniture or any house items or any personal items left beyond. 

The main objectives of the ‘Sabotaging House Sale Operation’:

The main objective of this operation was to prevent the sale of the house in general and at the market price, in particular, through manipulation activities in order to sell the house to one of the members of the ‘Israeli cover-up group’ or to someone that has networking with the ‘Israeli cover-up group’ to create a ‘sting deal’ or takeover on the asset through irregular sale lien or wrongdoing sale process.

To bypass the ‘Sabotaging House Sale Operation’ and previous trying to conduct ill deals by the networking of ‘Israeli cover-up group’, then Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher advertised the house for sale with strict rules in order to avoid buyers of the ‘Israeli cover-up group’, ‘sting deals’ or buyers that will try to manipulate with irregular sale lien or wrongdoing sale process. Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher worked with a reliable real estate broker that took care of the deal. Eventually, a reliable buyer was found, still, the price was very low because of the activities of the ‘Sabotaging House Sale Operation’ that is described below.  

The ‘Sabotaging House Sale Operation’ included the following main activities:

  • Blocking phone calls from buyers, lawyers, and real estate brokers

  • Blocking emails from buyers, lawyers, and real estate brokers

  • Blocking phone calls from Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher to buyers, lawyers, and real estate brokers

  • Blocking emails from Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher to buyers, lawyers, and real estate brokers

  • Massive Blocking of emails about the advertisement of the house for sale, especially to foreign buyers

  • Preventing the sale of the house to foreign buyers or even to Israeli Arabic buyers through nationalizing of the house. That’s done on 26.02.2018 around the days when Daniel Bakher renounced his Israeli citizenship. Israel nationalized the house in 02/2018, despite that Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher was the owner of the house since 1996 without this limitation. (AG49)

  • Blocking Facebook account immediately after Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher published on her Facebook wall the pictures of the house. The Blocking of Facebook was done on 07/2017 only two hours since the opening of the account. Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher gave a formal appeal to Facebook via online appeal about the unjustified Blocking and she even sent an email to the media of Facebook, but until today, she didn’t get any response. On 07/2018, a year after that, the Facebook account was still blocked (AG56) without getting any response from Facebook regarding the appeal.

  • Suspensions of mailboxes because of the trying to send emails about the sale of the house, such as the Blocking of the mailbox of Gmail (AG60) in 12/2017 soon after the Asylum or the Blocking of the mailbox of SAPO  (AG58) (Portuguese mailbox) in 08/2018 when Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher already moved with her son to England. Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher reported about the suspension to SAPO in Lisbon, Portugal (AG59), and they didn’t see any reasons for the suspension like the previous cases of the suspension of SAPO. These Blockings of mailboxes were occurred several times during the last two years without any justified reason, highly likely via cyber-operation. When the suspension of the mailbox occurred, then Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher was no ability to get emails or to send emails for several days. In one case of SAPO, the mailbox was suspended for two weeks.

  • Blocking of opening new mailboxes when an existing mailbox was Blocked. When an existing mailbox suspended, then even trying to open a new mailbox was blocked via the process opening or immediately after that.

  • Blocking YAD 2 online advertisement of the house via Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher’s computer, so she bypassed it via a computer in the city library of Kiriat-Ata. This bypass may explain after that the manipulation via YAD 2 by determining Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher as a ‘real estate broker’ instead of a private person.

  • Blocking the ability to add specific people to the What’s Up account like a real estate broker in Portugal to prevent free phone calls with him.

  • Sabotage advertisement of the house in Israel via cyber or inside-cooperator

  • Trying to buy the house via ‘sting deal’.

  • Trying to take over on Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher’s asset via irregular sale lien.

  • Trying to conduct ill deal through irregular sale legal process.

  • Trying to conduct deals via fake buyers that gave offers without even seeing the house. Even a rabbi gave such an offer. Highly likely that the ‘Israeli cover-up group’ tried to buy the house through a ‘third hand’.

  • Trying to buy the house at a half-price by ‘security/IDF officer (e.g. IDF officer gave an offer in 1.2 million ILS). At some point, the ‘networking conspiracy’ has started to give offers around 0.9-1.0 million ILS that is lower than the price of an apartment with 3 rooms in a very low-quality neighbourhood in Kiriat-Ata. The house eventually sold in 1.31 million ILS that is lower than a price for an apartment with 4 rooms. 

  • When a serious buyer arrived to see the house, then after that, aggressive networking tried to convince the buyer not to buy the house by intimidating the buyer with 'fabricated stories' alongside by offering the buyer a ‘better’ deal. This aggressive tactic led to a situation that only low price of the house allowed to bypass the aggressive networking that operated in a conspiracy mode to prevent the sale of the house.     

In light of the ‘Sabotaging House Sale Operation’, Dr Ziva Rozen-Bakher eventually sold the house in Israel at a very low price compared to the value of the house, at 1.31 million ILS.
