OP075, Belgium Mailfence Operation: Blocking Access to Subscription Package despite Payment for One Year via Mastercard of Viseca - Inability to Send Several Emails without the Subscription Package, https://www.rozen-bakher.com/iccg/op075, Residence Location, Netherlands, Main Entity, E050, Mailfence (Mailbox), Belgium, Sub-Entity I, E048, Ziggo (Internet, Mailbox-Outlook, Fax, Landline), Netherlands, Sub-Entity II, E021, Viseca, Switzerland,  Sub-Entity III,  E022,  Mastercard,  USA.

Highlights

On 12 January 2022, Dr. Rozen-Bakher tried to use features (e.g. sending one email to several recipients) that include in the yearly subscription package that she paid for it on 22 October 2021 via Mastercard of Viseca (see below). However, she got a notice on Mailfence that she has no subscription and that she needs to pay again for the yearly subscription package of Mailfence, despite that she paid already a subscription until 05 September 2022. In this case, it can be argue that ICCG de-facto blocked the ability to send emails via blocking the access to the subscription package. Worse, likely that ICCG somehow vanished the yearly subscription package from the system of Mailfence in order to block the features of the subscription package.
