Ground for Legal Dispute: Cyber-Submission with cover-up response from the Editorial Team

A confirmation email for the submission was sent to the old email of KPN instead of to the new email of Mailfence, despite that the new email of Mailfence was changed before submission regarding the email address and the user name. That’s done via cyber by reversing the change of the email address to sabotage receiving the confirmation email, so the system of the journal shows in parallel the past email of KPN along with the new email of Mailfence, despite that it was changed both regarding the user name and the email address. Besides, email about the problem to the journal was blocked via the journal system, while the draft email about the problem via the mailbox of Mailfence was blocked to view or sent, so it was only possible to view the source of the draft email.
