The submission was blocked via a fabricated notice on the screen that information is missing without mentioning what is missing, and importantly, despite that nothing was missing (see below). The blocking was done at the end of the stage of the submission before ‘building the PDF’. This method of blocking online activity (e.g. registrations, applications, submissions, shopping) were repeated in countless cases over the last years, as mentioned in sections 2.4.14 and 2.4.19 in the Complaint to Portuguese Police. Note, in all submissions of Dr. Rozen-Bakher’s on ‘Editorial Manager’, she is needed to add manually all the required content because the screen is opened empty excluding her name that appears in the title of the paper instead of the title itself.
