Ground for Legal Dispute: Suspected Conspirators Reviewers and Editor
Note, The Editor is from the University of Leicester (Please see sections 2.4.23 and 2.4.24 in the Complaint to Portuguese Police)
The review reports signal that Suspected Conspirators Reviewers involve in the reject decision, especially the second reviewer (report in Red) that didn’t provide any review comment as it should be in a review report, but according to the ‘proofreading-tactic’ of the ‘Israeli Cover-up Conspiracy Group’ deals with the proofreading (e.g. that), still, keep in mind, that countless proofs exist about the ‘proofreading-tactic’ of the ‘Israeli Cover-up Conspiracy Group’ via ‘cyber-proofreading’, such as sabotage mistakes in the file or cyber when using proofreading software, and even via ‘conspirators-proofreading editors’ that intentionally provide ‘bad proofreading’ despite the significant amount of money that was paid for the proofreading, or worse intentionally grammar mistakes in published papers and even in the title of the paper that was changed from the original title in the submission, and worse than that, the title was rechanged to mistake after changing the mistake following reporting about the grammar mistake to the journal and publisher (Note, one of the reviewers in this submission asked to change the title during the revision) (Please see the title of the paper below, as well as section 2.4.4 in the Complaint to Portuguese Police). However, the first reviewer provided a normal format of a review report, still, the reviewer missed completely the fact, either intentionally or not intentionally, that the current literature lacks any paper on legal distance in FDI between the law of the Home country, the law of the Host country and the International Law. Hence, under this limitation, it’s impossible to cite any paper on legal distance in FDI because it’s the first paper that deals with this important topic, so it’s only possible to present the rationale of the novel idea of legal distance in FDI as done in the paper PD8 with the hope to trigger future papers on this topic.

An example of an intentional grammar mistake in the title of a published paper
The original title in the submission: How the National Cultural Differences Influence M&A Success in Cross-Border M&As?
Following the request of the reviewer to change the title, the paper was accepted for publication with the title: ‘How each of the dimensions of Hofstede's national cultural separately influence M&A success in Cross-Border M&As?’
The Published Title with a grammar mistake: How do each dimension of Hofstede’s national culture separately influence M&A success in cross-border M&As?: Transnational Corporations Review: Vol 10, No 2 (tandfonline.com)
