Ground for Legal Dispute: Holding Intentionally Submission over 3 weeks without Checklist including Intentionally Manipulated Desk Reject

Method: Cyber and Suspected Conspirators

A repeated tactic of the ‘Israeli Cover-up Conspiracy Group’ to hold intentionally submission over weeks via ‘checklist’ while other submissions that were received after Dr. Rozen-Bakher’s submission are handled before her submission in normal order. Usually, a checklist is done in a few days after submission, while in this submission, the journal did not handle it for three weeks. Importantly, the journal ignored the question of whether submissions that were received after Dr. Rozen-Bakher’s submission JOEPP-11-2021-0318 namely, JOEPP-11-2021-0319 and forward did not go through a checklist until 07 December 2021. In other words, the journal did not answer the question if the journal did not make any checklist over 3 weeks, from 17 November 2021 until 07 December 2021. Worse, when Dr. Rozen-Bakher sent an email via Mailfence about the ‘holding-checklist’ with a specific question about it, then suddenly after a few hours, the journal produced Intentionally Manipulated Desk Reject, despite that the topic of the paper fits perfectly the scope of the journal. However, the ‘Holding-submission’ over 3 weeks also includes massive cyber. First, on 29 November 2021, Dr. Rozen-Bakher sent an inquiry about the checklist via the journal system, but she did not receive a copy of this email to her mailbox of Mailfence, despite that she should get a copy. Likely that this email may block entirely or only to some members of the editorial team that are not conspirators. Regardless of not receiving the copy, the journal did not answer for this email, but only to the email that was sent via the mailbox of Mailfence on 07 December 2021, yet after getting the desk reject. Thus, it’s possible that the blocking of the email via the system of the journal was done by an internal conspirator that deals with the system, either from the journal/publisher or from ScholarOneManuscripts of Clarivate Plc, rather than via cyber. Note, countless cyber acts were done via ScholarOneManuscripts of Clarivate Plc. Second, when Dr. Rozen-Bakher sent a reply email to the journal on 07 December 2021 at 18:04, then she got an error notice on screen (see below) that is usually provided when a sending of an email is blocked via cyber, but in this case, after clicking on ‘send’ the mailbox Mailfence made force log out, so likely that the email was entirely blocked or blocked to those who are not conspirators in the editorial team, which is aligned with the blocking of the email via the journal system. Note, blocking emails to those who are not conspirators are repeated in many cases due to the fear of the ‘Israeli Cover-up Conspiracy Group’ that they will reveal to the public and newspapers about the case. Third, the ‘Israeli Cover-up Conspiracy Group’ is repeatedly manipulated via cyber the signature of Dr. Rozen-Bakher in her emails via the mailbox of Mailfence in a way that the receivers get the signature with big font in relation to some words that differ from the original email (see below). That’s done as part of the operation to sabotage the public image of Dr. Rozen-Bakher. This kind of psychological method is usually used by darkness intelligence organizations.
