Intentionally Fabricated Assessment by Conspirators of ICCG Related to Application for Academic Position in University of Gothenburg, Sweden

Highlights

• The assessment committee of the University of Gothenburg provided an intentionally fabricated assessment for the application of Dr. Rozen-Bakher. Importantly, this assessment was published to the public as done in Sweden, so ICCG took this opportunity to harm the professional reputation of Dr. Rozen-Bakher whether she has the prospect to get this position or not. • The method of defamation against Dr. Rozen-Bakher via cyber (e.g. Google Search, Google Scholar, manipulation with Research Website) and false damaging statements was used for many years by ICCG to prevent from Dr. Rozen-Bakher to get an academic position outside Israel, as well as to sabotage her ability to publish her research papers. Worse, the strategy of 'fabricated stories' about Dr. Rozen-Bakher was used by the Masterminds of ICCG to hold Dr. Rozen-Bakher as a Political Prisoner via blocking her ability to communicate freely with the public, yet without giving any formal claims against her in courts, unless ICCG used secret courts in a style of darkness regimes to hold her as a Political Prisoner in the EU. Those who tried to murder Dr. Rozen-Bakher in Israel via prohibited biological materials, used any 'fabricated stories' about Dr. Rozen-Bakher to avoid punishment for their crimes, while corrupted political figures and spies from the EU and other countries do whatever is needed including obstruction of justice and cover-up crimes to help their Israeli criminal friends to continue holding Dr. Rozen-Bakher as a political prisoner. Doubtful if such scope of cover-up crimes and obstruction of justice against innocent academic researchers even done in dark regimes without using open legal proceedings. Those who are above the law hold Dr. Rozen-Bakher as a political prisoner to allow their Israeli criminal friends to live as ‘Free Criminals’.

Here are the fabricated details in the Assessment:

• The name of Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher was mentioned incorrectly in the assessment - Zvia instead of Ziva. This manipulated method of using the wrong name Zvia instead of Ziva was repeatedly done by ICCG over the years even in Israel, as mentioned in the first complaint to Portuguese Police.

• The committee argued in the assessment that “Dr. Rozen-Bakher does not have a background in Political sciences”, despite that her PhD, M.A, and B.A are in Political Sciences with 10 years experience as a lecturer in Political Science Department as a permanent faculty member. Besides, Dr. Rozen-Bakher has interdisciplinary research expertise, yet most of her research papers are directly related to the political science discipline.

• The committee argued in the assessment that “The previous employment is unclear from the submitted material, and it is thus difficult to ascertain whether criteria 2-5 are met, based on the submitted material.”, despite that Dr. Rozen-Bakher provided in her CV full details about her employment background. • The committee mentioned in the assessment that Dr. Rozen-Bakher has “(fewer than 300 citations in Google Scholar)”. ICCG runs ‘Google Scholar Operation’ for many years to minimize the scope of citations of Dr. Rozen-Bakher because ICCG is aware that the impact of publications influences the ability to get an academic position. To minimize the scope of citations, ICCG reduced the number of citations many times, so in the long run, the number of citations was much lower than it should be. In some cases, ICCG even blocked entirely the visibility of some publications to reduce the citations, as well as to censor publications that ICCG does not like. However, since the beginning of 2019, ICCG moved to block entirely new publications of Dr. Rozen-Bakher via 'Sabotage Publication Operation', so since the beginning of 2019, even no single paper of Dr. Rozen-Bakher was accepted for publication, despite hundreds of submissions to various ranks of journals, and despite that the papers are quality ones. Since 2019, all the submissions were de-facto blocked for publication by ICCG via cyber and conspirators. Note, ICCG runs the 'Sabotage Publication Operation' since 2012, as mentioned in section 2.4.4 in the Complaint to Portuguese Police, yet from 2012 until 2018, some papers were published, yet some of them were de-facto manipulated and blocked after publication. Still, since 2019, ICCG moved to fully hold Dr. Rozen-Bakher as a Political Prisoner including blocking her communications with the public, entirely blocking her publications, blocking de-facto her applications for academic positions, blocking her blog, blocking her communications with human rights organizations, newspapers and lawyers, and even blocking her access to dating sites. Dr. Rozen-Bakher is a fully political prisoner in the EU without any crime and without any legal proceeding against her, while those who committed crimes against her, live as 'Free Criminals' with the help of their corrupted friends that are above the law.

Response From the University of Gothenburg

The Vice-Chancellor of Gothenburg University did not answer directly to Dr. Rozen-Bakher, but her assistant argued that she informed the Vice-Chancellor about my complaint, yet Gothenburg University did not provide any explanations for the fabricated assessment, as well as ignored the request of Dr. Rozen-bakher to investigate the involvement of conspirators in the assessment report.
