22 January 2022, 14:20. ‘Adhesive New Desktop’. ScreenOn provided a second-hand desktop as a new desktop with a broken package and even with adhesive tape to fix part of the broken package. The Netherlands - ScreenOn and Computer Expert LWD B.V. via Mollie: Legal Dispute-ORG-NL-009

On 20 January 2022, 22:39, Dr. Rozen-Bakher paid to ScrennOn via Ideal for a new order of a new desktop (see below), despite it ScreenOn providing a second-hand desktop as a new desktop with adhesive tape to fix part of the broken package. The package will be forwarded further to investigation authorities.

Note, the bank number account of ScreenOn mentioned on their website (see below) is different from the bank account of the payment for the computer via IDEAL - Computer Expert LWD B.V. via Mollie, so the legal dispute will be against both firms, ScreenOn and Computer Expert LWD B.V. via Mollie.

Dr. Rozen-Bakher informed The Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) via Twitter about ScreenOn Operation.

 

20 January 2022, 22:52. New Order for New Desktop.

Dr. Rozen-Bakher ordered tonight AGAIN from ScreenOn a NEW DESKTOP.

 

20 January 2022, 08:40. Update 17:39. Hardware Defective in the First Computer-First Order was confirmed by ScreenOn

  • ScreenOn confirmed that was a Hardware Defective in the new desktop provided to Dr. Rozen-Bakher. (see below)

  • ScreenOn refunded the 300 Euro for buying the desktop, yet the collection of the Ideal payment was done via the bank account of Computer Expert LWD B.V. via Mollie, while the refund was done via the bank account of STG MOLLIE PAYMENTS (see below)

 

15 January 2022, 14:54. A New Desktop that not working was provided to Dr. Rozen-Bakher by ScreenOn.
