Four Transactions that can be defined as ‘Stolen Money’ because Dr. Rozen-Bakher NEVER made any monthly subscription or any subscription with best-pdf.com. It was only four transactions because Dr. Rozen-Bakher cancelled the credit card of Viseca due to ‘Viseca Operation’ that includes various operations (see sections 2.4.21 in the Complaint to Portuguese Police), so after the cancellation of the credit card, best-pdf.com had no ability to continue to steal money from Dr. Rozen-Bakher. Importantly, due to the bad past experience with appealing to Viseca regarding overcharging (see Enterprise Operation and Fabricated Address in Netherlands: 2582CO1 instead of 2582CT), then it seems useless to give an appeal to Viseca about these fabricated transactions of best-pdf.com because any previous appeal to Viseca about unjustified payment via the Mastercard of Viseca was blocked or manipulated, resulting in overpayment or payment for services that did not provide.
