OP097, EON-UK Operation in England: Paying Overcharge Electricity Bill by a Third Party (550 Pounds), despite Empty Apartment in England when Refugees in Hotels in Lisbon - Forcing Illegal Payment via Hostage of Rental Apartment Deposit (1,200 Pounds)

EON-UK Operation can be defined as ‘Stealing Money’ by ICCG. Amid the harsh political persecution in England, from the start of 12/2019 until mid-03/2020 (formal check-out from the apartment), most of the time, Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son were not at the apartment in England, but they stayed as refugees in hotels in Lisbon (more than one month-complaint to Portuguese police) and after that in Zurich (complaint to Zurich police ), Berlin (complaint to German police), The Hugue (Claim to ICC-3 weeks), and finally in Paris to look for an apartment, so the usage of the electricity was supposed minimal. In spite of that, EON-UK sent an electricity bill in app. 550 Pounds for 2.5 months when the apartment was empty most of the time (it’s around 264 Euro per month for only electricity. In light of that, Dr. Rozen-Bakher gave a complaint to EON about the bill with a copy to the owner of the apartment. EON did not respond to the appeal email, but the owner argued that she paid the bill, despite that the bill was in the name of Dr. Rozen-Bakher and not in the name of the owner, so at the legal level, EON should not accept payment for a bill from someone that not party for the contract, especially when an appeal was given against the bill. Besides, Dr. Rozen-Bakher informed the owner that she gave an appeal against this bill, so she should not pay this bill. Worse, the owner even refused to give back the deposit of the apartment of 1200 pounds, unless Dr. Rozen-Bakher will agree to reduce the amount of 550 pounds for the electricity to EON when Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son were refugees at hotels in Lisbon and other cities. Until today, Dr. Rozen-Bakher did not get a refund for the deposit of 1,200 pounds, despite that she is supposed to get it. She even never got an answer from EON-UK regarding her appeal about the electricity bill of 550 pounds. In this case, ICCG ‘steal money’ of around 1,200 pounds from Dr. Rozen-Bakher.
