Important Notes

• The Open Letter was sent to PM of Netherlands, PM of Portugal, President of USA, FM of Germany, FM of Switzerland, PM of UK, FM of Israel, IDF, Twitter, Facebook, WordPress, KPN, International Criminal Court (ICC), and Amnesty.

• On 05 July 2021, the open letter was sent to its recipients via Twitter, but no response was given by none of its recipients.

• On 15 July 2021, the open letter was sent by email via the mailbox of KPN to 7,500 recipients that were included in Dr. Rozen-Bakher’s contact list. The list includes recipients from around the world, such as Presidents, PMs, Ministers, Senators, Parliament Members, governmental officers, Presidents of Universities, professors, faculty members, human rights organizations, editors of newspapers, journalists, Multinational Enterprises, top local business firms, and more. No comment or response was given by none of the recipients because most of the emails were blocked by ICCG.

• On 13 July 2021, immediately after the open letter was uploaded to Dr. Rozen-Bakher’s website on WordPress, then WordPress suspended four websites that were related to Dr. Rozen-Bakher, as presented below:

• Over many months, the link of the open letter was added to most of the communication of Dr. Rozen-Bakher, still, no comment or response was given by anyone because ICCG blocked and controlled all communications of Dr. Rozen-Bakher with the general public.

Here are my expectations:

1. All cover-up crimes against me and my son Daniel Bakher, formally and informally, should stop immediately.

2. All operations that violate the human rights of mine and my son, formally and informally, should stop immediately.

3. Any freedom restrictions on mine and my son should present to us in a court under publicly proceedings.

4. Any public figure that is involved in the cover-up crimes/operations against me and my son, formally and informally, should inform the public about its involvement and should resign from its public position immediately.

5. Any former public figure that was involved in the cover-up crimes/operations against me and my son, formally and informally, should inform the public about its involvement immediately.

6. Any public figure/former public figure that knows about the cover-up crimes/operations against me and my son should inform the public about it immediately.

7. No one has the right to meddle/interfere in any aspect of my life via sabotaging acts.

8. Any operation, formally and informally, that blocks or manipulate our communications with others should stop immediately (e.g. emails, phone calls, chats, websites, social networking, search engines, and more).

9. Any operation regarding my academic and research activities including meddling/interfering regarding my attempt to get an academic position and managing positions should stop immediately.

10. The operation regarding my blog on FDI and international trade should stop immediately. No one has the right to decide which countries will get my blog and which countries not. No one has the right to decide which posts will be visible to the public and which posts not. No one has the right to decide which colleagues will get the blog and which colleagues not. This operation not only violates my human rights but also the human rights of others, especially from non-western countries (See the Blog Views below).

11. Open immediately my Twitter account to the public without any restrictions.

12. My Facebook account should run without any restrictions.

13. Following our complaints - Portuguese police, Berlin police, Zurich police, and the UK police - should inform the public about the status of our complaints, and importantly, to bring to justice the 'Israeli Cover-up Group and their Conspirators' without any delay.

14. Israel under the Bennet-Lapid administration should stop immediately any continuing cover-up crimes/operations against us that has started under the Netanyahu administration, formally and informally. Besides, Bennet-Lapid administration should reveal who are the Israeli criminals involved in the cover-up crimes/operations against us, formally and informally, and provide this information to EU authorities.

15. Israeli Defence Force (IDF) should stop immediately the violation of human rights of my son Daniel Bakher. Since 03/2018, my son is not an Israeli citizen when he renounced his Israeli citizenship. Over 4 years, IDF has prevented de-facto from my son to see his sick father in Israel that suffered from 3 brainstorms.

16. International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague should open immediately an investigation against the 'Israeli Cover-up Group and their Conspirators' because the cover-up crimes including crimes against humanity, which have been carried out by high-rank conspirators, formally and informally. (e.g. PMs, ministers, police officers, army officers, Spy agents, professors and more). Our case must be addressed by ICC due to the scope of the cover-up crimes against us for a long period by high-rank public figures and organizations worldwide.
