ICCG Announcement: 09 July 2023

This Operation was carried out in 2021 when Dr. Rozen-Bakher resides in Netherlands and she used KPN mailbox (Outlook) and KPN as her Internet Provider

Highlights

On 13 May 2021, Dr. Rozen-Bakher sent a Complaint Letter to the PM of Portugal and the Rector of ISCTE (Instituto Universitário de Lisboa) in Portugal about ‘Not Read Harassment Operation’ by ICCG as Part of the ‘Political Prisoner Operation’ in Netherlands. More specifically, Dr. Rozen-Bakher requested the Rector of ISCTE to investigate how she got several Not-Read Emails from a faculty member of ISCTE, despite that she did not send her the certain email. In other words, Dr. Rozen-Bakher asked the Rector of ISCTE to investigate if the faculty member intentionally sent these 'Not-Read Emails' or if it was done via the system of ISCTE by a system-worker or if it was done via an external cyber that was entered to the system of ISCTE to produce the fabricated 'Not-Read Emails'. Despite the confirmation letter from the PM of Portugal that the complaint letter was received, Dr. Rozen-Bakher NEVER got any response about her complaint, not from the Rector of ISCTE nor from the PM of Portugal.

Please see below Examples of ‘Not Read Harassment Operation’.
