ICCG Announcement: 09 July 2023, 17:42.

Since 2017, Dr. Rozen-Bakher approached countless times Mr. António Guterres with a request for help due to his position as the Secretary-General of the United Nations, as well as because he is a Portuguese citizen that served even as a PM of Portugal in the past. In spit of that, even once, Dr. Rozen-Bakher did not get any response from Mr. António Guterres, despite giving copies of complaints to police and claim to International Criminal Court (ICC) alongside repeated urgent requests for help amid the cover-up crimes of ICCG in Portugal and outside Portugal.
