  • On 14 January 2023, following the advice of IEFP, Dr. Rozen-Bakher sent a letter to the Minister of Higher Education with a copy to the PM of Portugal and DGES, with a request to get their help to bypass the ‘Sabotage Academic Position’ by ICCG in Portugal. The Letter was sent to the Minister of Higher Education by email and Fax, while it was sent to DGES by Email and registered post via CTT, yet to the PM of Portugal it was sent only by Email.

  • On 22 January 2023, Dr. Rozen-Bakher sent a reminder email due to the lack of confirmation of receiving the Letter from all the recipients.

  • On 07 June 2023, 5 months after sending the letter, Dr. Rozen-Bakher got a response from the Minister of Higher Education because of a letter that they received from the PM of Portugal. In other words, the Minister of Higher Education did not respond to the original letter that was sent from Dr. Rozen-Bakher, but following the letter from the PM of Portugal. Importantly, it seems that the letter that was sent from the PM of Portugal to the Minister of Higher Education did not reflect the original letter from Dr. Rozen-Bakher. More specifically, the letter from the PM of Portugal to the Minister of Higher Education mentioned the Subject: ‘Job request to get an Academic Position in Lisbon’, while the original letter from Dr. Rozen-Bakher to the Minister of Higher Education and PM of Portugal mentioned the Subject: ‘Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher - Political Persecution in Portugal by ‘Israeli Cover-up Conspiracy Group’ (ICCG) - A Request for Help to get an Academic Position in Lisbon’. Hence, instead of providing help to bypass the ‘Sabotage Academic Position’ by ICCG as requested in the letter from Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher, then the letter from the Minister of Higher Education was de-facto ‘Cover-up Letter’ that gave bureaucratic information that a long-ago familiar to Dr. Rozen-Bakher, as she by herself mentioned in her letter to the PM of Portugal already in 02/2018 (Please see a letter to Mr Antonio Costa, the PM of Portugal about their inability to integrate in Portugal due to a 'vacuum in law' in Portugal). Importantly, the letter from the Minister of Higher Education did not mention anything about the bad situation of Dr. Rozen-Bakher amid the Political Persecution by ICCG, but was a ‘Cold Bureaucratic Letter’ that aligns with the ‘Cold Treat’ of Portuguese Governmental authorities towards the suffering of Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son due to the political persecution by ICCG in Portugal and EU since the Asylum in 06/2017.

  • Until today, the Minister of Higher Education and DGES NEVER confirmed receiving the original letter nor giving a response to it.

My name Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher and I am a Researcher in Risks for Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), International Trade, and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&As).

I am a Portuguese Jewish citizen that resides with my son in Lisbon following Asylum in Portugal due to harsh political persecution in Israel. (My son Daniel Bakher, 23 years old, Master student in Physics at University of Lisbon)

Unfortunately, since the Asylum in 05/2017, I and my son have still suffered from political persecution by Israel and its proxies in the EU. The ‘long hand’ of Israel via cyber and conspirators hold me and my son de-facto as political prisoners in Portugal and the EU to obstruct the justice and cover-up the crimes against us. Worse, all our complaints to Portuguese police and other police in the EU were ignored or manipulated or even vanished including our Claim to the International Criminal Court (ICC), which worsen our situation because ‘Israeli Cover-up Conspiracy Group’ (ICCG) can do whatever they like against us without the fear of punishment because either West governmental authorities act as conspirators of ICCG or not care for our suffering. ICCG run various operations via cyber and conspirators to sabotage any aspects of our life including sabotaging my ability to get an academic position at higher education to prevent that I will have salary and affiliation, sabotaging my academic publications as a censorship act, theft of our money in various methods, social isolation via blocking social networking (e.g. Twitter, Facebook, Dating sites), hiding my website from the public to prevent from lawyers to see my call to lawyers or from the public to see my research activity, and daily harassment and irritation acts to break up our spirit. All these cover-up acts carry out under the open eyes of EU authorities without any trying to stop them, or worse, with the help of some EU authorities that act as conspirators of ICCG, formally and informally. Worse, we are not only suffering from political persecution by Israel but also from antisemitism in the EU because it is very easy for ICCG to find EU conspirators that will act against Jews, such as conspirators from Germany and Netherlands. To summarize, ICCG is a malicious cover-up group with unlimited ‘bribe sources’ to carry out the daily cover-up crimes against us.
