URBANOS Operation

Location: Lisbon, Portugal - June-July 2022

URBANOS is a classical case of how ICCG tried to steal the money of Dr. Rozen-Bakher by creating a manipulation that URBANOS will ask an extortion price of 12,088 Euro instead of 2,500 Euro to allow ICCG to gain 10,000 Euro for the gap between the extortion price and the normal market price.

In June 2022, Dr. Rozen-Bakher met with the representative of URBANOS to get an offer for ‘Removal Furniture’ in mid-July 2022 from her apartment in Netherlands to the her new apartment in Portugal (see the List of Furniture). At the meeting, the representative of URBANOS explained that the offer would be based on ‘Group Removal’ instead of ‘Single Removal’ because the price for ‘Group Removal’ is much lower than ‘Single Removal’. The representative of URBANOS estimated the price at around 2,000-2,500 Euro for ‘Group Removal’ that is supposed to take from Neterlands to Portugal around 6 weeks with 6 ‘up-down’ until it will arrive at the apartment in Lisbon.

On 01 July 2022, the representative of URBANOS gave an offer of 12,088 Euro for ‘Group Removal’ (see below) instead of 2,500 Euro which should be, a price that de-facto can be considered as an attempt to steal 10,000 Euro from Dr. Rozen-Bakher.

Eventually, Dr. Rozen-Bakher paid to another Portuguese Removal firm around 3,500 Euro for a ‘Single Removal’ in mid-July 2022, which took 6 days from Netherlands to Portugal, rather than 6 weeks with URBANOS under ‘Group Removal’ that was supposed to cost 12,088 Euro.

Usually, ICCG runs these kinds of operations via conspirators that get some share from the ‘stolen money’ (see section 6.1.4 ‘Increasing Costs Operation’ and section 6.1.7 ‘Sabotage of Financial Affairs Operation’ in Chapter 6. New Proofs of Cover-up Crimes and Obstruction of Justice https://www.rozen-bakher.com/iccg-documentation/ch6).
