Suspected Blocking of the Email that was sent to FIMNA and the Swiss Government, either blocking to all recipients or only to part of them.
One of the methods of ICCG to block emails is to cut the outlook when the sending of email occurred, so in these cases, a notice of requering password appeared on the screen, yet after that, the outlook rans regularly and the email appeared in the sending blocking. However, based on this repeated method, then likely that this email was blocked.
