Highlights
On 09 June 2023, ZKB cancelled the order transfer from 01 June 2023 without giving any explanation for the delay or cancellation, thereby, Dr. Rozen-Bakher puts a new order transfer under Urgent.
Dr. Rozen-Bakher worked hard for earning her money and now ZKB holds her money without any right to that. Worse, ZKB left her and her son on Day 9 without Money for Food.
Dr. Rozen-Bakher has two bank accounts in Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB), a private account and an investment account. The private one is used for transferring money or paying for a credit card, so according to Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB) since the opening of the bank account, money will transfer or will pay regardless of whether exists money in the private account, yet after that, Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB) will transfer money from the investment account to the private account to cover the transfer or the payment, which indeed was done by ZKB since the opening of bank account on 01/2019. However, during the last year, started problems with transferring money from Switzerland to Portugal, such as vanishing transfer orders from the system of ZKB without any notice about it or even in one case, the transfer order vanished twice regarding the same transfer order, yet without any notice on the ZKB system why the transfer vanished. Worse, amid the forthcoming complaint to FINMA and the Swiss government, ZKB has started to transfer money in a big delay, namely on 03/2023 after 6 days, while on 04/2023 after 11 days, still, on 05/2023, the transfer of money was done without any delay as it should be, still, on 06/2023, again a delay occurred.
On 07 June 2023, Dr. Rozen Bakher sent an urgent email to FINMA amid the intentional delay in transferring money by ZKB in 06/2023 (see below).
On 01 June 2023, the money should transfer from Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB), but on 05 June 2023, ZKB did not transfer yet the money. Besides, unclear why the Edit Button disappear from the place where it is usually placed on the page transfer on ZKB website.
On 18 April 2023, Dr. Rozen Bakher placed an order for transferring money on 02 May 2023, so normally the money should transfer on the same date on 02 May 2023 or on the date after that on 03 May 2023. In this case, the money was transferred on the same date, namely on 02 May 2023, as done in many cases before the start of the problematic transfers during the last year in Portugal.
06 April 2023, 09:49. After 11 DAYS since the order transfer on 27 March 2023, Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB) on 06 April 2023 transferred money to the Portuguese bank account of Dr. Rozen-Baker, which led to financial damage Hostage Money Operation by Zürcher Kantonalbank, regardless of that it left Dr. Rozen-Baker and her son without money over 3 days including in the eve of Passover holiday.
Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB) not only managed badly the investment bank account of Dr. Rozen-Bakher, regardless of the ‘other’ problems that will be reported to FINMA and the Swiss government, but it also left Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her son without money for food and housing, despite that there is money in the ZKB bank account (see below)

05 April 2023, 09:00 - Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB) did not transfer the money yet, despite the urgent order. Any representative of FINMA or the Swiss Government did not respond yet to the urgent email of Dr. Rozen-Bakher that was also sent by Fax and via Twitter.
04 April 2023, 10:00 - Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB) after 9 days cancelled the transfer money with a request to make a new transfer order, so a new transfer order was made on 04 April 2023 at 10:05 under an urgent transfer. It’s the first time that ZKB formally cancelled an order transfer, while in other previous cases, the transfer orders were vanished from the system of Zürcher Kantonalbank without mentioning that the orders were cancelled. Obviously, we entered the ‘Revenge Period of Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB) Operation, namely that Zürcher Kantonalbank will intensify the financial acts against Dr. Rozen-Bakher amid the forthcoming formal Complaint to FINMA and Swiss Government about Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB) and Viseca https://www.rozen-bakher.com/iccg-announcements/03/04/2023-1905
On 03 April 2023, Dr. Rozen-Bakher informed the University of Lisbon (see email below) about a delay in the last payment of the University Tuition Fee amid Zürcher Kanchanalak (ZKB) Operation. The University of Lisbon did not respond yet to the email. Nevertheless, on 07 April 2023, payment of 100 Euro for 03/2023 was made to the university (see below).
On 03 April 2023, the payment of 79.28 Euro (see below) for the credit card of CETELM via direct debit was returned because of the lack of money in the bank account in Portugal due to an intentional delay in transferring money from Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB) to Portugal, despite that the transfer money was supposed to be on 27 January 2023 (see below), 8 days before the payment of the credit card on 03 April 2023. Thereby, Dr. Rozen-Bakher informed Cetelem about the delay (see email below). Cetelem did not respond yet to the email. On 06 April 2023, Dr. Rozen-Bakher sent an email to Cetelem with a request to Resend the payment of 79.28 Euro via Direct Debit.
On 27 March 2023, Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB) started the ‘Hostage Money Operation’ amid the forthcoming complaint to FINMA and Swiss Government. Despite that Dr. Rozen-Bakher has money in her Swiss bank account, Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB) intentionally does not transfer money to the bank account of Dr. Rozen-Bakher in Portugal to left her without money even not for food in trying to obstruct justice and as a ‘revenge act’ amid the forthcoming complaint against Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB).

In the last year, ICCG has also started to sabotage the transfer of money from Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB) Switzerland to Santander Portugal. Thereby, instead of getting the money from Switzerland within 2 days as it supposed to be, and as it was in the first months in Portugal, then after that, transfer orders started to vanish from ZKB system, so Dr. Rozen-Bakher was needed to make, again and again, new transfer orders to get money in Portugal. Worse, instead of getting the money within 2 days from the transfer order, then for example, in 03/2023, she got the money in Portugal on the 6th of the month instead of on the 1st, which led to a delay in the rental payment in Portugal. These ‘pressure methods’ are typical to dark spy agencies in order to create emotional pressure by leaving the person without money even for food. Keep in mind, that all that is done, despite that Dr. Rozen-Bakher has money in her Swiss bank account, so no one has the right to hold her money, especially when it is used for housing and food.

On 07 April 2023, a payment of 100 Euro was made to the University of Lisbon for 03/2023. However, unclear, why since 02/2023, the payments to the University of Lisbon did not mention that the payments are to the University of Lisbon as compared to the previous payments (see below).
