ICCG Announcement: 05 April 2023, 15:32. Latest Update: 15 July 2023

The Electricity & Gas Bills Operation is based on the ability of ICCG to manipulate in an easy way via cyber and conspirators the meter-reading of the electricity and gas to increase the costs of the bill, so since mid-2019 until today, ICCG runs the Electricity & Gas Bills Operation via cyber and conspirators in England, Netherlands and now in Portugal.

Spark Energy Operation was already mentioned in section 2.4.10-‘Increasing Costs Operation’ in Complaint II to Portuguese Police and Portuguese Government (9 January 2020) https://www.rozen-bakher.com/complaint-jp and Complaint to West Midlands Police, England, UK (2 February 2020) https://www.rozen-bakher.com/complaint-uk.

In Spark Energy Operation in England, in mid-2019, ICCG ‘produced’ unpreceded fabricated electricity bills for around 900 pounds for 3 months, for ONLY electricity for an apartment of 2 rooms with 2 persons, despite that the monthly average at that time was 50 pounds per month for only electricity (150 pounds= 50* 3 months), so in this case, ICCG de-facto ‘Steal Money’ from Dr. Rozen-Bakher at the amount of 750 pounds (mid-2019) (900 pounds instead of 150 pounds=750 pounds). Importantly, for the same period in Netherlands (Summer-08/2021) and for the same size of an apartment, the monthly bill for energiedirect.nl was 261 kWh / € 34,98 instead of 300 pounds with Spark Energy, still, keep in mind, that at some point, ICCG even started to run an operation via energiedirect.nl (see EON-NL Operation https://www.rozen-bakher.com/iccg-eon-nl).

Proof of this operation will be uploaded further
