ICCG used the cyber method of Refresh-Offline to block and censor the visibility of the website of Dr. Rozen-Bakher and her social networking like Twitter. Under the cyber method of Refresh-Offline, any change that Dr. Rozen-Bakher makes on her website does not appear online immediately in order to allow ICCG to block, manipulate and censor the content. Even getting into a page does not allow seeing the change that was made, but only after Dr. Rozen-Bakher makes Refresh to the page and then the change appears on her computer. Still, the change is not online but only offline because if for example, the page is posted on Twitter, then it shows the old version of the page and not the current one. Even when Dr. Rozen-Bakher tweets something, then the tweet disappears from the screen after the tweet. To see the tweet again, Dr. Rozen-Bakher needs to make Refresh, and then the tweet appears again, yet it's under 'offline', so no one can see it unless ICCG allows it.
