On 10 January 2020, Dr. Rozen-Bakher sent to the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy a package with Complaint II via FedEx. However, the approval from FedEx for Providing the Package to European Union did not mention the Name or the Address of the European Union as it should be. The approval only mentioned ‘BRUSSELES BE’.
Regardless of the problematic proof of delivery from FedEx, Dr. Rozen-Bakher NEVER got any confirmation letter or response via email or post from the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy regarding the complaint.
The Approval from FedEx for Providing the Package did not mention the Name or Address of High Representative of European Union for Foreign Affairs & Security Policy
