ICCG Announcement: 24 June 2023. Latest Update: 29 November 2023

Highlights

One of ICCG's methods to block emails is to cut Outlook during sending the email, so Outlook gives a Fabricated Notice that is needed to provide a password, but the email is eventually sent without the need to give a password and the notice disappear, yet actually the Email Blocked. This Cyber-Method mainly used by ICCG to block certain emails that are targeted for blocking. More specifically, ICCG used this method regarding important emails that have information regarding the legal fight against ICCG or regarding emails related to ICCG Operations, as presented below. Note, the method of ‘Cutting-Outlook’ started in Netherlands when Dr. Rozen-Bakher started to use Outlook with the Mailbox of KPN and it was continued after that with the mailbox of Ziggo, while in Portugal, it started in 10/2022 when Dr. Rozen-Bakher started to use the Mailbox of NETIM with Outlook when she entered her apartment in Lisbon. However, amid the Cyber Method of Cutting Outlook, in mid-2023, Dr. Rozen-Bakher stopped using Outlook with the Mailbox of NETIM, still, ICCG found other cyber-ways and even conspirators to block emails via NETIM-WebMail as done via the WebMail of Mailfence and Mailbox.Org.
