ICCG Announcement: 18 June 2022, 14:48. Latest Update: 27 June 2023

PD6 - Research Paper. Rozen-Bakher, Z. Technological Location Factors of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI): R&D Expenditure, Technological Strategic Assets, Technical Labour, and ICT Infrastructure https://www.rozen-bakher.com/publications/pd6

Grounds

Permanently Ban of the submission due to posting of the research paper on the research website of Dr. Rozen-Bakher

Suspected Conspirator of ICCG

Countless scholars worldwide posted their working papers/research papers on their faculty websites or personal research websites before submission and during the review process, yet some journals during the submission are requested to remove these posting during the review process. California Management Review did not give any instruction during the submission to remove the post during the review process because other scholars that submitted papers to California Management Review allow leaving their posts during the review process. Worse, in the case of Dr. Rozen-Bakher, California Management Review baned permanently her submission due to the posting the paper on her personal research website, despite that countless scholars worldwide posted their working papers/research papers on their faculty websites or personal research websites before submission and during the review process including either by scholars that were published papers in California Management Review or by scholars that submitted papers to California Management Review.
