OP182, Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB) Operation: 2021 Tax Bank Report without the Identity of Dr. Rozen-Bakher

https://www.rozen-bakher.com/iccg-announcements/op182

ICCG Announcement: 25 June 2023, 15:52.

Highlights

When Dr. Rozen-Bakher needed to give offers to rental apartments in Lisbon in mid-2022, then some owners asked her to give her tax report for 2021. Thereby, she downloaded the 2021 Tax Report for her investment bank account in Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB), only to find out that none of her identity appears in the tax report (e.g. name or address) (please see below), so she needed to give these tax reports without any detail of her identity, which likely impacts the decisions of some owners, regardless of the wrongdoing that a bank ‘produce’ a tax report without the identity of the bank holder.

FINMA and other investigation authorities should investigate if there is a relation between the ‘suspected taking money’ by Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB) and the 2021 Tax report without any identity of the bank holder (e.g. Name and address) alongside if also exists relation to the Blocking of the change domicile by ZKB from Netherlands to Portugal in 2022.
