OP095, E.ON-energiedirect.nl Operation: Payment of Final Bill under Cyber and Trying to Force Overcharge Final Bill via Dutch Debt Collector

Overcharge Final Bill: On 20 January 2022, Energydirect.NL sent overcharge Final Bill, so Dr. Rozen-Bakher calculated the final bill based on the average usage of an apartment with 2 persons in Netherlands. Based on this average, the final bill is 1,302.41 Euro for the period from 14.01.2021 until 21.01.2022 instead of 2,234.08 Euro. Thus, the final bill of 242.37 Euro reflects the gap between the payments that already done to Energydirect.NL in a total amount of 1,104 Euro namely, 1302.41-1,104=242.37 Euro. Cyber-Transfer: On 13 February 2022, the transfer payment of the final bill to Energydirect.NL via Dr. Rozen-Bakher’s ING bank was made under cyber by ICCG to manipulate somehow this transfer due to the overcharge of the final bill that was sent by Energydirect.NL-EON. More specifically, Dr. Rozen-Bakher made the transfer of the final bill of 242.37 Euro via her ING bank account, but when she finalized the transfer, a notice problem appeared on the screen that the transfer failed and it needed to try again, so she made a screenshot of this notice, yet the transfer did not appear on the bank account. However, Dr. Rozen-Bakher suspected that this notice may occur due to cyber, so she log-out and log-in, and then the transfer to Energydirect.NL appeared in Dr. Rozen-Bakher’s ING bank account, despite the notice of failure. Worse, when she tried to see the screenshot of the failure notice of the transfer, then she figured out that ICCG somehow deleted this screenshot as done in some previous cases to obstruct the justice of proofs, still, Dr. Rozen-Bakher is ready to make a true test about this incident.
Dutch Debt Collector on False Bill. On 18 May 2022, Dr. Rozen-Bakher got a letter from a Dutch Debt Collector about the ‘Invented Final Bill of ICCG’. This method of using Dutch Debt Collector for ‘Invented Bills’ were repeated by ICCG in Netherlands.
Yearly Bill for an apartment with 2 persons from 14.01.2021 until 17.01.2022 - 460.08+1774=2234.08, while 112.75 for the dates of 18.01.2021 until the morning of 21.01.2022 (de-facto 3 days), so it’s a total of 2,234.08 Euro.
